We are one of the largest Wire Wound Fin Tube Manufacturers in India . Wire Wound Fin Tube is our star product because
of its superior efficiency. It consists of wire loops wound that are Solder bonded to the external surface of a round tube.
The variable density of wire loops allows for optimal thermal selection. With our flexible manufacturing process these tube
are now very cost effective for both small and large volume applications.

We have been an OEM supplier of Fin Tubes and Turbulators to the Industry for the last seven years. Given that Wire Wound
Fin Tubes are the most efficient for Oil Cooler applications, We have started manufacturing three years ago, complete Coolers from the same Fin Tubes. These coolers are manufactured as per our customer requirements / drawings. Depending on the application, turbulators are also used in these coolers. The variation in loop density of the turbulator facilitates oils of high viscosities to be cooled within allowable pressure drop limits.

Our Wire petal turbulators have a unique construction which maximizes turbulence while maintaining minimum pressure drop.
This is achieved by twisting wire into circular loops in a feather duster formation around a spine formed from the wire itself.
This feather duster formation slants all the loops slightly in one direction. There is a hook at the one end which enables for an
easy pull through the tubes. As they are made from round wire, there are no sharp edges. This prevents any damage to the
tubes (specially non ferrous tubes)

) INSERTION IN FIN TUBES

The thin wire diameter provides minimum pressure drop while providing maximum turbulence.
They are very good for improving the efficiency of all types of fin tubes.

These turbulators consists of oval wire looks soldered to a solid rigid center rod. This type of Turbulator is usually soldered inside the tube and are very widely used in Oil Coolers.

These are custom made turbulators. They are just like the rigid turbulators except that the solid rigid center rod is replaced by a tube with the ends welded shut, forming a hollow rod.

This is a unique Turbulator. These turbulators are provided with a hook at one end for pulling through the tube. At the other end depending on the fluid flow characteristics an anchor can be provided.

We manufacture Brass and Naval Brass tubesheets & baffles on a CNC Machine center. Since our facility is located next to a Brass rolling mill, we are able to recycle the scrap to the mill significantly reducing cost.
