The Hydraulic Packer is an industry standard, fully hydrostatic, hydraulic set and Straight pull shear release, single string retrievable packer. It can be used in the following applications:Production, Injection, and Zonal Isolation.

This is a mechanical set double grip retrievable production packer for medium to high Pressure applications. This Packer is a retrievable, double- grip compression or tension set production packer that can be left in tension, compression, or in a neutral position, and will hold pressure from above or below.

The Wire Line Set Drillable Packer is Permanent Production Packer is a high-performance permanent production packer. It is frequently used as a high-performance squeeze or as a permanent or temporary bridge plug.

Cement Retainer is a high performance drillable cement retainer auitable for most remedial cementing applications. This is made to work as a drillable squeeze packer which, after cementing, acts as a plug trapping squeeze pressure on the cement below the retainer and isolating the newly cemented area from the hydrostatic pressures above the cement retainer.

Mechanical Set Bridge plug are high performance drillable bridge plugs, commonly used for zonal isolation during stimulation or cementing jobs, or for temporary and permanent abandonments.

S Pulling Tool is a wire line service tool designed to remove retrievable subsurface devices with external fishing necks from a well. PTS is also useful as a running tool for collar stops, pack-off anchor stops, and other subsurface devices landed against a positive no-go.

LOCK MANDREL is a device capable of holding pressure differentials from above or below when set at any depth in a corresponding Landing Nipple Profile of matching size & type.

Atypical tieback liner system ofCompletion Oil Toolsincludes a Tieback Seal Nipple (CT-TBN), Orifice Float Collar (CT-OFC) and an existing Liner Polished Bore Receptacle (CT-PBR). The CT-TBN consists of a locator, seal mandrel, seals or seal units and a half mule shoe bottom. This assembly is made up to the tieback string and is landed into the existing CT-PBR.

X and R landing nipples are run into the well on the completion tubing to provide a specific landing location for the subsurface flow control equipment. The common internal profiles of these landing nipples make them universal.

COMPLETION OIL TOOLS X and XN landing nipples are designed for use with standard weight tubing. R and RN landing nipples are designed for use with heavy weight tubing. (The N designates no-go nipples).

The Retrievable Bridge Plug is a high-pressure packer type plug used for multiple zone and selective single- zone treating and testing operations such as acidizing, fracturing, cementing, and testing.

Retrievable Bridge Plug is a designed to isolate the well bore during the performing treatments like fracturing, acidizing, surface equipment maintenance or temporary suspension of a producing formation. The CT-WRBP is generally electric line wireline. This allows the plug to be logged on depth and accurately placed in the well.

With the use of our Hydraulic Setting Tool, the WRBP can also be conveyed into the well by jointed or coiled tubing. This method allows the operator to place the plug in a deviated well, where wireline is not an option.

The CT-WRBP can be retrieved using tubing, coiled tubing, or in some cases wireline by using the WRBP Retrieving Head. Retrieving the WRBP simply requires a set down force, then pull tension to release. There is no rotation required to pull the plug.

During development time, this packer was originally designed with bidirectional slips where we faced problem of cone collapsing due to focal point loading effecting performance of the packer while testing. Overcoming this our engineers successfully designed the current model by introducing barrel slips.

The feed thru packer is required in applications of monitoring, gas venting, chemical injection in various slim-hole projects, standard and deviated wells.

These Packers incorporate maximum strength, uniformity of setting pressure, standardization of materials and a one-piece body.

Hydraulic Set Double Bore Drillable Packers are hydraulically set versions of the CT-WDP Packer. CT-HDDP Model has an enlarged upper seal bore, which allows the maximum possible bore through the seal accessory which is latched into the packer.

These Packers incorporate maximum strength, uniformity of setting pressure, standardization of materials and a one piece body.

The range of bore sizes offered is such that accessories which are used for CT-WDDP series of Packers may be used with the CT-HDDP Packers.

The Large Bore Packers are available in sizes which enables them to use the range of accessories which is available for drillable series of Packers. They have a lower pressure rating because of the large bore size. The hydraulic setting mechanism makes Packers particularly suitable for use in highly deviated wells.

Features & Benefits:

• Solid, slim lined construction and a packing element system which resists swab-off. This permits a fast run-in (when compared with earlier models of permanent packers) without fear of impact damage or premature setting, yet packs off securely and permanently when the packer is set.

mechanical liner can be set with either right or left- hand rotation, depending on the type of setting tool or design. Staggered cone provides maximum bypass area which results in ease of running in and circulation. Automatic j-cage permits hanger to return to the run-in position, should the hanger set prematurely while running in the well. The slip cage has a j slot and high strength drag springs to manage the movement of the slips with the cones. Mechanical set liner hanger are set through manipulation of the work string (pick-up & 1/4 right hand turn) line up the cones and the slips, and a further slack off sets the slips onto the casing wall. In liner hanger we have four types e.g.: double cone & non rotational, single cone & non rotational, to suit various applications.

the hanger body is furnished with higher group of api 5ct standard materials along with the end connections in compliance to api standards or any premium threads as per the customers requirement
