The hanger equipped with innovative Metal Seal Element is designed to endure exceptionally high circulation rate and achieve high pressure and temperature sealing in the most demanding wellbore environment. The hanger body is built on a single piece mandrel without any internal connection resulting in elimination of potential leak paths.

Features:
The hanger body is made by standard API 5 CT material with end connections in compliance to API standards or any premium threads as per the customers requirement. The integrity of the hanger remains uniform as the Burst and Collapse rating of cylinder remains same as of liner. The dual tapered ribs slips adds more strength to the hanging capacity of the hanger.

The HydraulicFLEX SETLiner Hanger with Integrated Packer incorporates all of the hydraulic setting features of the reliable Liner Hanger. In addition with Heavy duty Taper Roller bearing which allows the liner to be rotated with the hanger in the set position while cementing the liner.
Features:

• The HydraulicFLEX SETLiner Hanger with Integrated Packer is set by hydraulic pressure within the running-in string. These hanger are widely used in deep and high angles wells where mechanical hanger are not preferred.
• Integrated Packer is compression set that uses the High Performance Packing Element design. The Packing element is actuated by applying set-down weight to the tieback extension via the setting dogs of the packer setting tool.

The Hydraulic Set Liner Hanger is cost effective, medium duty hanger ideal for deviated or horizontal wells. Non Rotating hydraulic hanger is set hydraulically by applying pressure through the running string. A setting ball is circulated to a ball seat built in the landing collar and pressure is applied, which acts on the internal piston, moving slips up the cone to the set position.

The piston seals are made of glass-filled Teflon suitable for HPHT environment. A high quality AISI 4140 alloy hydraulic cylinder is used to provide high burst/collapse rating to meet customers requirement. The Hanger provides full bypass in the set position during cementing operations. The hydraulic cylinder is safety pinned to actuate at a predetermined setting force. The hanger body is furnished with standard API 5CT materials.

With end connections in compliance to API standards or any premium threads as per the customers requirement.

Molded seal Hydraulic liner hanger with integrated packer ofFLEX GRIPseries is a unique Hanger system ideal for cemented liner application, built on a single-piece mandrel without any internal connection resulting in elimination of potential leak paths.Features: Equipped with anti-preset feature at both top and bottom of hanger avoiding premature setting of the liner hanger. The bypass area of Hanger remains same before and after hanger setting which provides uniform circulation rate. The hanger is equipped with Bonded Seal Element with special expandable metal suitable for HPHT environment. These Hangers are ideal for highly deviated and horizontal wells and can also be used for Hydro-Frac job sustaining high pressure and temperature.

CompletionOilToolsFLEX GRIPseries is capable of hanging extremely heavy liners. The dramatic increase in hanging capacity is due to unique design of Slip and Cone. These Slip are fully protected under Cone, and dual tapered ribs adds more strength to Hanger to achieve high hanging capacity.

The Mechanical Liner Hanger With Integrated Packer provide a method for suspending a liner off bottom and in tension by anchoring, or hanging, and Integrated Packer with Bonded element provide an excellent seal that can be used to control annular gas migration or protect sensitive zones from well hydro-statics after cementing.

Mechanical Liner hangers are set in bottom by giving 1/4 right hand turn to the string then give slack off weight on the hanger.

The Integrated packers are set from the top after cementing using the Packer Setting Tool/ RH Running tool dogs on the tie back receptacle. Weight is applied by the work string to energize the element, which is then locked in place with the internal ratchet assembly.
