Membrane Dryers

The Kaeser Membrane Module (KMM) features a special flow concept for long-term drying efficiency as well as the innovative, high-density helical fibre structure of the high-performance hollow fibre membranes.

KMM dryers easily deliver pressure dew points in the minus range, even when installed where space is at a premium. They also play to their strengths when energy sources are unavailable or when used as end-point dryers in areas at risk of frost.

  • PDP from +10C to 40C (relative temperature reduction of up to 90C compared to inlet air temperature)

Combination Dryers

HYBRITEC compressed air dryers combine theextremely low pressure dew pointsof desiccant dryerswith theenergy-saving functionalityof modern refrigeration dryers. The result: outstanding flexibility and huge energy cost savings. This means that the desiccant dryer can simply be switched off during periods where more moderate DTPs are required such as in the summer months.
