Bulker Unloading System

The bulker unloading systems offered by us are manufactured using excellent quality material that is sourced from most authentic vendors after doing an extensive market research. Widely acknowledged for sturdy construction, high load bearing capacity and excellent performance; these bulker unloading unit blowers are used in cement and fly ash feeding from bunker to silos.

bulker unloading systems for cement / fly ash bulker unloading. Twin lobe high volume low pressure blower makes it easy to unload the bulkers within an hour as per material characteristics. This reduces the dependability on the availability of compressor mounted bulkers.

Ground Mounted Dust Collector Filter

A dust collector is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. It is distinguished from air cleaners, which use disposable filters to remove dust

Dust collectors are used in many processes to either recover valuable granular solid or powder from process streams, or to remove granular solid pollutants from exhaust gases prior to venting to the atmosphere. Dust collection is an online process for collecting any process-generated dust from the source point on a continuous basis. Dust collectors may be of single unit construction, or a collection of devices used to separate particulate matter from the process air. They are often used as an air pollution control device to maintain or improve air quality.

Pneumatic Feeding Pump

Pressure Release Valve are used the discharge the high pressure in the cement silo. Those valves start to run when the pressure value reaches the pre-set pressure limit value.

Those valves are the equipments that keeps the pressure in the cement silo in desired values and prevent the cement silo filter from breaking down.

The cement is transferred from silobus to cement silo with high pressure. In case there is no cement in the silobus, only the air is transferred into the cement silo and thus there occures high pressure in the cement silo. At this moment if Pressure Release Valve do not start to run , the cement silo and the cement silo filter can be damaged seriously.

Concrete Bucket

A Concrete bucket (also called a scoop to qualify shallower designs of tools) is a specialized container attached to a machine, as compared to a bucket adapted to the form of a human being. It is a bulk material handling component.

The Concrete bucket has an inner volume as compared to other types of machine attachments like blades or shovels. The bucket could be attached to the lifting hook of a crane, at the end of the arm of an excavating machine, to the wires of a dragline excavator, to the arms of a power shovel or a tractor equipped with a backhoe loader or to a loader, or to a dredge

Aeration Nozzle

Fluidizing system involves distribution pipe and nozzles. Distribution pipe is assembled into cement silo by fixing parts that are pre-assembled in to the cement silo. This system makes the cement in the cement silo bloated out. The advantage of this system does not harm the metal structure of the cement silo like the systems with vibrators do.

Butterfly Valve

A butterfly valve is a valve which can be used for isolating or regulating flow. The closing mechanism takes the form of a disk. Operation is similar to that of a ball valve, which allows for quick shut off. Butterfly valves are generally favored because they are lower in cost to other valve designs as well as being lighter in weight, meaning less support is required. The disc is positioned in the center of the pipe, passing through the disc is a rod connected to an actuator on the outside of the valve. Rotating the actuator turns the disc either parallel or perpendicular to the flow. Unlike a ball valve, the disc is always present within the flow, therefore a pressure drop is always induced in the flow, regardless of valve position.

Minimum Maximum Level Indicator

Minimum - Maximum level indicator is a limit value indicator that is used to check the cement filling volume in the cement silo. This indicator is used to determine the maximum and minumum level of the cement in the cement silo by using of rotary motion.

When the cement amount in the cement silo reaches the turning pedal of the indicator, there occures a signal shows that the cement amount has reached to that level. When the cement amount goes down under the indicator level, the turning pedal starts to move again and thus the other units of the system start to move too. Minimum - Maximum level indicators usually are used to determine filling level of the material which has 0, 5-2, 0 ton/m density in the cement silo and mostly they are assembled on bottom and top parts of the cement silo.

Bucket Elevator

Bucket elevators are designed to move flowing powders or bulk solids vertically. Bucket elevators use an endless belt or chain and have a series of buckets attached to it. Bulk material is spread into an inlet hopper. Buckets (or cups) dig into the material and convey it up and over the head sprocket/pulley, and then throw the material out a discharge throat.
Bucket elevators are not self-feeding, and are fed at a controlled rate. The buckets are usually where the chain or belt path is vertical or steeply inclined in a single plane. The buckets are returned back down to a tail pulley or sprocket at the bottom.
There are four broad classifications of bucket elevators: centrifugal, continuous, positive, and internal discharge. The most commonly used are the centrifugal and continuous discharge elevators. Orthman Conveying Systems' industrial bucket elevators are made in a variety of shapes, weights and sizes, all utilizing centrifugal buckets or continuous buckets

Continuous bucket elevators are used to handle friable, fragile materials because they minimize product damage or are used to handle light fluffy materials where aeration of the product must be avoided. Continuous bucket elevators have buckets spaced continuously and operate at slower speeds. The continuous bucket placement allows the force of gravity to discharge their load onto the inverted front of the proceeding bucket. The bucket then guides that material into the discharge throat on the descending side of the elevator.
