1 Products availableSupported by the excellent manpower in the industry of air ventilation equipment manufacturing, we proudly offer a range of highly functional Shell and Tube Chillers & Condensers. Technology of frequency conversion is used in these products to enhance their functionality and lower the noise generated during operations. Protected to overflow of current these chillers are manufactured using copper tubes of superior quality. Available with a capacity range of 5 TR to 200 TR, are offered after conducting stringent quality tests ensuring zero leakage guarantee.
Shell and Tube Chillers and Condensers are provided with features of frequency conversion technology, low noise and more stable operation, low mix level alert by light, protection of over current and low voltage
We manufacture various types of pressure vessels custom made for a wide range of applications.
Our product range includes air receivers, surge tanks, accumulators, blowdown tanks, flash tanks, expansion tanks, filter vessel, distillation columns, hot water generators, hydropneumatic tanks, nitrogen storage tanks, LP heater assembly, propane tanks, propane dispenser tanks, pressure vessels, refrigeration vessels, horizontal ammonia receivers, vertical ammonia receivers, oil pots, scrubbers, separators and more.
With adherence and conformance to national and international codes of design and fabrication, our equipments are supplied for shore as well as off shore.
We have been accredited with ASME, "U", "U2" and "R" stamp along with NB registration for manufacturing of pressure vessels. We are also an IBR approved workshop for manufacturing of boiler ancillary equipments, and by CCOE Nagpur for vessels manufactured for explosive media.
Steel is purchased direct from renowned manufacturers all over India to get the best competitive rates. For small quantities and quicker deliveries we also purchase steel from our reliable and well established traders and stockiest, who can deliver plates of approved and recognised steel manufacturers, in wide range of thickness with a minimum lead time of 1 or 2 days.
Steam Condensers found in power plants and are provided after the turbine to condense the steam and recycle the same as boiler feed water to Boilers. Small Size Steam Condensers complete with water boxes are manufactured by us.
We carry out both Thermal & Mechanical design and then manufacture the complete Steam Condensers with water boxes as per the applicable codes.
Generally the Tubes used in Steam Condensers are of Admiralty BrassCupro-Nickel (9010)SS 304 quality depending upon the type of cooling water available, while rest of the material is of Carbon Steel.
Re-tubing of the Steam Condensers at site is also undertaken. We have ample manpower, tools and tackles & skills to undertake the same. We can complete the same also within the stipulated amount of time by working day and night.
We bring forth a wide range of Cooling Coil in various specifications. Entire process of development is checked on the basis of different quality parameters to ensure optimum efficiency. Our collection suits the diversified requirements of our clients. These products are known for their efficient performance, compact design and cost-effectiveness. These are delivered to our clients within stipulated time frame. Our collection encompasses:
We offer Evaporator that evaporates the heavy concentrate solutes to vapor phase by using thermal power. Fabricated using quality material, the evaporator is durable and efficient and comes in various ranges to treat the heavy concentrate solute. Used in industries including mining, petrochemicals and chemicals, the range is custom designed as required by the client. They are so many types are available to treat the heavy concentrate solute.
We are the manufacturer of kettle evaporator. In Kettle evaporators the liquid product usually enters the evaporator at the head of the evaporator. The product is evenly distributed into the heating tubes. A thin film enters the heating tube and it flows downwards at boiling temperature and is partially evaporated. In most cases steam is used for heating the evaporator.
The product and the vapor both flow downwards in a parallel flow. This gravity-induced downward movement is increasingly augmented by the co-current vapor flow. The separation of the concentrated product from its vapor is undergoing in the lower part of the heat exchanger and the separator
