Our batching systems are designed to fit a variety of plant operations and spaces. Whether you're producing concrete product units or operate a precast plant, we have the system to fit your needs.
A batch plant at a price you can afford. The base system includes 4 bin stand alone aggregate storage bins, aggregate weigh belt conveyor, transfer conveyors, screw conveyor for cement and flyash feeding, pan or planetary mixer, moisture control and SCADA based PLC controlled operating system. Add to that a low shipping cost (the entire system ships in one container), fast install and start-up, plus easy set-up and potential portability, and you have the perfect system for high quality batching. Options include a Pan Mixer (1150L capacity), a cement silo and a screw conveyor.
The Model FL1000 floor level palletizer from Columbia Machine provides an optimal price and speed combination for low speed applications. Small enough to be moved through an 8' x 8' doorway, the FL1000's compact footprint utilizes less than 60 square feet of floor space. Requiring no modification, the FL1000 can handle a wide variety of package types, including cases, trays, totes, film only and display packs from a variety of industries including canned and frozen foods, beverage and many more. The FL1000 palletizes 10 cases per minute or more, depending on case size and pallet pattern. Like all Columbia Machine palletizers, the FL1000 has a heavy duty steel frame that is built to last and is EASY TO OPERATE.

The Model SP4000 High level palletizer from Columbia Machine India provides an optimal price and speed combination for medium to high speed applications with a small foot print. SP 4000 can handle a wide variety of package types, including cases, trays, totes and display packs from a variety of industries including canned and frozen foods, beverage and many more. The SP4000 Palletizes 50 to 60 cases per minute, depending on case size and pallet pattern.
The SP4000 is capable of forming patterns with gaps in both directions using a bi-parting stripper apron. Combined with Columbia's state-of-the-art Product Manager, the controls package offers users an easy-to-operate palletizer meeting current and future pattern needs.
Like all heavy duty palletizers, SP400 is built to last and easy to operate.
This economically priced splitter Model 24CSA is designed to help block producers enter the split block business with minimal investment. It's extremely rugged; easy to install, use and maintain; and is compact (just 700mm wide). The 24CSA splits product up to 600mm wide, and 40mm to 300mm high.
Concrete pavers are a practical solution for the construction of streets, sidewalks, patios and driveways because of their aesthetic beauty, variety of colours, wear resistance and easy maintenance. The production of pavers is an excellent and profitable addition for any concrete products manufacturing plant. Pavers enjoy wide appeal and broad application, offering a very high return on investment. In India, many roadsin the city of Mumbai and in high rainfall states like Assam and Kerala use pavers made on Columbia Machines. Major ports in India including Jawaharlal Nehru Port (Mumbai) , NhavaSheva Port (Mumbai), Adani Port (Mundra) , Gujarat Pipavav Port, Chennai Port, Haldia Dock (Kolkata), Vallarpadam (Kochi), Hambantota (Srilanka) , have all been paved with high strength pavers made on Columbia Machines. Used for decorative and practical purposes, Segmental Retaining Wall Blocks (SRW) come in a variety of sizes, shapes and finishes, and are used in infrastructure, commercial and residential applications. Virtually any type of design can be produced using Columbia Machine equipment, giving you the flexibility to meet market needs quickly and easily. Retaining wall blocks produced on Columbia Machines have the advantage of precision height control. Columbia Machines have been extensively used to produce Retaining Wall Blocks for bridges and flyovers on Ahmedabad Mumbai Highway, Amravati Nagpur Highway, Jaipur Highway, Pune Satara Highway, Nellore Vijayawada Highway, etc.
Contractors and Builders all over India use high strength kerb stones (both single layered and double layered) made on Columbia Block Machines and Vacuum Wet Press for their prestigious projects like Metro Rail works, Municipal Corporation roads and Townships.
Concrete bricks can be produced in a variety of forms, colours and sizes, at costs very competitive with traditional clay brick but with substantial advantages. Because concrete bricks have higher strength, reliable dimensional accuracy, require minimal maintenance, and can be made in a wide variety of shapes and colours, they are a very lucrative part of the manufacturer's product line. Columbia Machines are extensively used for the manufacture of flyash bricks. Cement consumption of flyash bricks, made on a Columbia machine, is much lower than the cement consumption on German flyash brick making machines or a China (Chinese) flyash brick making machines or Coimbatore flyash brick making machines.

Columbia's Automatic Rack Loader Unloader System is designed to load pallets with products automatically on to racks which may then be moved by forklift or automatic Trac-a-Rac to curing chambers. Similarly racks with cured products from the curing chambers are unloaded automatically and pallets with cured products placed on a conveyor from where the cured products are pushed off the pallets and sent for cubing while the pallets are returned to the Concrete Block Machine after cleaning and oiling. This system interfaces with the Model SPM26 and Model 1600 Block machines thus bringing economical, automated pallet handling to your operation.
