Performance : hsd-50 is a 100% active pigmentary synergist agent to copper phthalocyanine blue & green & carbon black. it enhances gloss, transparency, strength in solvent based ink like nc, polyamide, toluene gravure. Recommended dosage is min.2% & max. 5% (on pigment) depending upon the solvent ink and pigment. improved rheological properties in the application. increased pigment concentration improved pigment stabilization increased tinctorial properties extensive performance in polyamide ink application for gloss & strength, other properties. enhanced jetness, tinctorial value, higher pigment concentration & other properties for carbon black it may be used in solvent based paint with a dosage of about 5% in phthalocyanine blue & 23% in phthalocyanine green to improve gloss, covering & colour strength. properties : appearance blue powder melting point (c) >300 density 0.83 0.20 base applications : automotive and industrial paint (solvent-based) offset inks packaging gravure inks publication gravure inks we recommend optimizing the usage of hsd-50 by trials with various %.
