Cold Smith manufacture Pre-fabricated, insulated, metal laminated panels best suited for freezing and chilling. The panels are made from Rigid polyurethane Foam (RPUF) insulation sandwiched between  Pre-painted Galvanised Steel (PPGS) or Stainless Steel (SS) metal laminate  Joined through camlock and finished with a silicone sealant.

State Of-the-art Refrigeration System

We use Hermetic or semi-hermetic compressors of Air-cooled or water-cooled condensation systems with High efficiency evaporators equipped with auto defrost features and Hot gas defrost. All metallic casings are in galvanised steel with powder-coating finishes. This enables them to withstand H500 SS test. For safety systems like high and low pressure cutouts, microprocessor-based thermo controls are used.
