Lock bolts and collars can be supplied from 3/16'' dia to 1'' dia suitable for various grip thickness in following material  Steel 8.8 grade Stainless Steel A2 grade Aluminium 2024 grade Lock bolts can be supplied with following types of head Brazier head for standard applications. Truss head for low profile application Countersunk head for flush finish application   Collars can be supplied as follows Regular type for standard application Flanged type  for application where slot has been put on plate Low-profile  for application where clearence is restricted   Finish of lock and collar 1. Lock bolts can be supplied in black finish and oiled or zinc plated with blue passivation having plating thickness 10 micron. 2. Collars can be supplied in zinc plated and bright chromate with plating thickness 8 micron to EZ8S and waxed.
