Bag filters offer high efficiency, less maintenance and longer equipment life. The bags are sealed using snap rings to ensure easy removal of the bags and cages. Automatic cleaning is by pulse jet (compressed air) through Venturi nozzles. Our Bag Filters can handle high dust loads, moisture-laden dust, and flue gases at high temperatures as we use the most suitable selection of filter, fabric, and filter area

We offer a wide range of filters like Polyester, Polypropylene, Non-woven Polyester, with needle punched PTFE coated, Anti-Static etc. We offer Nomex, Ryton p-84 etc for high-temperature applications. We also widely use new generation Pleated Bags / Cartridges with very high filtration efficiency up to 99.9% down to 3 microns. This enables us to design a compact bag filter unit that saves a lot of floor space and is easy to maintain. Our outlet emission levels are assured to be less than 20mg/N cu.m through our filters.
Our high efficiency Cyclones are effectively designed to remove particulates of different sizes & dust load from the gases. Cyclones can be designed for a pressure drop ranging from 50-200 mm WG depending on the efficiency and particulate sizes to be filtered. We can achieve efficiency of more than 99% if all operating conditions along with particle size analysis are known.
Unlike other pollution control equipments, Cyclone can be designed at severe conditions like high temperature, high dust load and high pressure applications giving best possible filtration efficiencies. Cyclone can work with different gases, abrasive & explosive dust. Multi-Cyclones are offered to handle larger volumes of hot gas and to achieve better emission standards. Mostly used for flue gas filtration from Boilers, Kilns etc. where the operating temperature is high.

A Wet Spray Booth has been designed to improve finishing to international standards and to meet the ever increasing need to protect our environment. This works on the principal of continuous recycling of water running down from the spray booth on a stainless steel curtain. The over spray paints and lacquers are trapped in the water by a powerful extraction created by the centrifugal fans.
The special feature of this spray booth is the secondary filtering system consisting of water wash nozzles kept in the rear side of the curtain to scrub the air further before sending through a mist eliminator to remove moisture. The spray booth has enclosures all around and aided with air make-up system to balance the exhaust air and pressurize the enclosed space to maintain a dust proof environment.
Dry Spray booth consists of replaceable special paper filters in which paint particles adhere during the extraction by fans. These paper filters have to be replaced after it gets choked. They have a high absorbing capacity. Replacement of disposable filters takes only a few minutes. Ensures healthy and suitable working conditions.
CK Airtech's centrifugal fans are the latest generation fans with proven and tested design. The impellers are backward curved with radial blades which prevent sticky dust from adhering to the blades. This system is equipped with spark detection & extinguishing system in the ductline to recognise and extinguish sparks travelling in the ductline.
It has sensors in the duct which detects the spark and gives signal to the control panel. The panel immediately activates the fogging nozzles to arrest the spark. The system also includes a pressurized water tank with pump to provide 7kg pressure internally.

Pneumatic conveying is a system where solid material is conveyed using air. There are several ways for material injection in system as well as discharge and selected based on the product nature and system requirements.

CK Airtech's association with M/s.OMAR Spa., Italy brings cutting edge technology in material handling of dust/powder specially in the Silo discharge area.
This equipment is installed at the bottom of the Silo to enable free flow of dust/powder during unloading.
It has a rotating screw conveyor which moves the material towards center of the silo and rotary valve at bottom to discharge the material. We can save on cone height of the silo as well as better discharge of the material to avoid bridging in silo.
The Transflow system was developed to provide flexibility of operation on heavily loaded extraction systems. It operates as a collecting duct with the waste material partially separated from the air stream, the heavy particles falling to the base of the Transflow where a mechanical drag-link conveyor passes it to a rotary valve positioned at the end of the unit.
Method of OperationIt permits a variable extraction volume to be used without the problems normally associated with a low conveying velocity. The saving in power consumption requirement is of a such a dimension that the payback on addi-tional capital cost is extremely rapid.

VENTURI SCRUBBER
Dirty gas enters into scrubber through a venturi throat where it comes in contact with water. The air at the throat moves at a high velocity which intercepts with water droplets, dust particles are captured and removed from the gas stream. The dirty water is then separated in a cyclonic separator and removed in recycle tank.
Continuous addition of small amount of water limits the solid concentration in recirculation water. We use different venturi throat, water injection methods and cyclonic separator designs to suit for Application.
Our high velocity, compact separator helps to optimise the cost and space requirements without compromising efficiency.
