Heavy duty, horizontal, centrifugal, back pull out design, according to DIN 24256. Open impellers are provided with renewable front wear plate and closed impellers with wear-ring. Simple external axial adjustment for impeller wear.

Application:

• Paper Stock Pumpsalso suitable for heavily contaminated liquids, raw sewage, roughly screened sewage, fresh, digested and activated sludge from clarification plants, and sludge water from gravel and clay pits, settling tanks

The wide passages in the suction zone of the impeller with less number of vanes and non-clogging design helps to handle stocks easily.

Paper Stock Pumpsare made by Graded cast iron / WCB/CF8/CF8M (SS-316)/317/317L/CD4MCU/Alloy - 20/Hastalloy - B/ Hastalloy - C etc.

Slurry Pumpsare designed armoured centrifugal pumps, heavy duty, single stage with axial inlet, and overhung mounted impeller. Slurry Pumps has TWIN casings i.e. outer and inner. Outer casing is in CI/Carbon Steel to withstand the required hydrostatic pressure and inner casing in special Ni-hard materials to take only the entire wear. In case of replacement, the inner casing alone with set of wear plates need to be replaced.

Application:

• Slurry Pumpsused to handle particularly liquids containing abrasive and coarse grained solids such as magnetite pulp, ferro silicon pulp, coal slurries, floatation tailings, out size material middling, sand water mixtures, coarse grained material in mining cocking plouts, ash slurry in thermal power stations, iron ore in beneficiation plants etc.

Outer Casing: CI (FG260) & WCB
Inner Casing: Ni-hard-IV and Ni-HiCr with 550BHN

Flow Pumpsare Horizontal, single stage, volute casing pumps with discharge branch arranged tangentially upwards/horizontal, flanged to a bearing pedestal. The Flow Pumps is normally provided with open impeller.

Application:

• MFlow Pumpsare used for Pumping of clean, turbid or slightly contaminated liquids against medium and low heads in water works, sewage works, for irrigation and drainage, dewatering, pumping sea water and sugar industry, for spray pond/injection water applications.
• Flow Pumpsare suitable as coolant pumps in power stations and steel works pumping low concentration cellulose suspensions.

Flow Pumpsare made by Graded cast iron, Bronze and CF8M (SS-316).

Channel Pumpsare designed segmental type, horizontal side channel self-priming pumps equipped with unshrouded, vaned wheel impellers. Main objective of the design is for low discharge under high heads with reduced noise. Castings are manufactured by investment casting method.

Application:

• Side Channel Pumpsused when liquids and condensates without abrasive matter are to be handled trouble free under high heads.
• TheseSide Channel Pumps, also used to handle gas during normal liquid duty, are of noiseless operation, in industries running boilers for the handling of condensate and boiler feed water.
• Side ChannelPumps used for the construction of washing, cleaning, and spraying plants, and for the construction of fire-extinguishing equipment.

Axial Split Volute Case Pumps-Horizontal, axially split single stage, inline design volute casing pumps with double suction, radial impeller according to API - 610 7th edition.

Application:

• This process and transfer ofAxial Split Volute Case Pumpshas been developed for the most exacting conditions and can be used for a multitude of operations such as for pumping crude oil, oil and liquid hydrocarbons, furthermore for pumping cooling water, hot water, river water, brackish water as well as sea water, and also acids and alkalis. This type of Axial Split Volute Case Pumps can also be used for loading in tank farms and as fire water pumps in fire fighting systems.
