Roofing shingles a ceramizing process.The basalt granules of different size are coloured at 6500C and then each single granule will be covered with silicone (glass), a proceeding like for ceramic tiles. Long life of the shingles; long life also because there is no loss of granules.Our colours are "flamed"; this proceeding gives to the roof more structure because of the long flames of colour on the roof and not small spots all over the roof. We use 3-5 colours to produce a flamed colour (flames red contains yellow, black, red and brown granules, always with the same mix given by the computer).
