We have several leading brands of presspaper (KRAFT PAPER) available. Kraft paper is made of 100% sulphate wood pulp. It is a high strength paper with excellent electrical properties. It is generally used by manufacturers to meet their need of insulation with an optimum combination of electrical and mechanical strength, low permittivity and maximum oil absorption .It is best suited for coil winders, insulation in motors , transformers, manufacturing of laminates etc. It is available in variety of colour, thickness, form etc.

Epoxy sheets are used for electrical insulation in various fields. It is made from alkali free glass cloth on which epoxy resin is impregnated. It possesses very high mechanical and electrical stability. They are characterized by several properties such as:

• High dielectric up to 550 volts / minute.
• Glass Base epoxy binder.
• More than 70, 000 psi as flexible strength.
• Color available Natural AND Yellow.
• Stable in open air, transformer oil and humid conditions.
• Easily moulded into the shapes required in transformers, electrical machinery.
• Available in large number of sizes.

Electrical Sleevings (Fibreglass / Silicon)

Fibreglass sleeving are made up of closely braided E-type fibre glass yarn having superior mechanical and electrical strength with low alkali content .They are varnished or coated according to the insulation class required. Thermal stability upto 350 C can be obtained .Fibre glass sleevings have wide applications in insulation for motors, wire insulation, fans and all major electrical and electronic applications. Wide variety of Fibreglass sleevings are available such as

• E-class fibreglass sleeving (polyvinyl chloride resin coated)
• F-class fibreglass sleeving (varnish coated)
• H-class fibreglass sleeving (silicone coated)

Electrical grade polyester films are used for insulation in transformers, Motors, MCBs, Coil winding and various electrical machinery .They are used for slot insulations, slot closures, circumferential insulations, layer and core insulations, punched parts, inter-turn insulations in electrical equipments. Our tie-ups with several leading manufacturers help us to cater to our customer with high quality polyester films. With our slitting facility we can provide polyester films to our customer according to their requirements of shape, size, thickness etc.

Pressboards and PCBsThese boards have large number of applications in transformers, inverters, UPS, power distribution etc. Available in wide range of sizes from 0.8mm to 80 mm. They have excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics best suited for insulation such as
