This rubber roller production line can be used to produce different sizes of rubber rollers. it consists of rubber extruder, rubber roller wrapping machine, etc.

Offers desulfurizing kneader, butyl rubber desulfurizing kneader is used to produce butyl reclaimed rubber by intensive kneading process. It is an indispensable product for helping manufacturers to reduce cost and improve processes.

We are offering two roll rubber mixing mill. Two roll rubber mixing mill main uses are following in rubber product factory: natural rubber refining, raw rubber and compound mixing. Rubber beating mixing and rubber tab letting. This machine is double roller opening to be used for rubber mixing. It consists of seat, frame, rubber, driving device, lubricator and cooler, range adjusting device of roller. Safety brake. Motor and reducer, etc. The roller is made from safety cooled and hard cast steel, smooth surface is polished in term of different case. Saturated steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust speed of roller. Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers which make relative rotation in different velocity to mix rubber.

We are offering tyre curing press. Tyre curing press is used to vulcanize outer tyre and tyre flap as well as other rubber products.

Rubber cracker mill is mainly used for cracking crude rubber, used tyre scrap, fine breaking rubber black and waste collection. The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface. The rear roll is grooved. The bored rolls can be cooled homogeneously. The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.

Plate vulcanizing pressapplies to vulcanizing various kinds of rubber and plastic model products as well as non-model products.

The machine is in frame structure with below pressing form (upwards). Under the working hydraulic pressure, the embolism ascends to make hot plate close for getting pressure, while the embolism descends (namely hot plate turning on) by deadweight of hot plate, platform and embolism to drive working fluid to fuel reserve tank to achieve the aim of descending (namely turning on).
