The flat bottom construction allows this bag to stand very well on store shelves and tin ties are preapplied to the top of these bags to provide reclosability. This simple fold-and-go option is consumer friendly and makes product filling easy.

Flexographic printing is an effective printing method for low to medium volume requirements. Our flexographic capabilities offer both water-based and full UV printing.

Lid foils are made of 0.030 to 0.040 mm thick aluminium foil, printed on one side and coated with thermoplastic lacquer on the other side. It is in tended to close polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC) or polystyrene (PS) surfaces/containers. The lids can be supplied in bobbin rolls or they can be punched based on your requirement. Punched lids can be supplied either smooth or worm embossed. Such foil meets all hygienic requirements and has very good barrier properties.

Centre-seal pouch is an traditional type of bag with the seam in the middle of the bag. It has no flat bottom, so it is not suitable for lighter products if you want it to stand on its own. Central Seal Gusset bag comes with expandable sides (Gussets). Other uses We can print on the bags upto 10 colours. The material we can print are: kraft paper, white paper, PET PE, foils, BOPP. You can also get one-way valve on these bags to suit or roasted coffee. After roasting of coffee beans emit CO2 gas for several days. This valve must be installed in coffee packaging so that the CO2 gas can leave the bag through the valve.

Roll : The Polyolefin Shrink Film is available as a centre folded roll with width ranging from 6 inches to 32 inches and at a thickness of 12, 13, 15, 19 and 21 microns. Pouches & Bags : The Polyolefin Shrink Film is also available in the form of Pouches and Bags with width ranging from 6 inches to 21 inches and at a thickness of 13, 15, 19 and 21 microns.

Film Shrink Systems - Heat Shrink Packaging Systems PVC / POF / PE Based Films : The two types of Heat Shrink Packaging Systems used for PVC/POF/PE based film are Shrink Tunnels Packaging Systems and the L-Sealer Shrink Packaging Systems which replace the high-end machines at fraction of the cost and space. Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin, PVC film and Multi-colour reverse Printed labels are recommended for these packaging systems. The company markets these packaging systems under the brand name Bell Shrink Systems. "Labelshop" reverse printed shrink labels Width: 9mm to 350mm Thickness 35 to 55 microns.
