It is essential to use Dust Extraction unit along with Clit Press to control the flying dust generated during high speed compression of tablets. With the use of this, flying dust is kept to minimum but it is difficult to eliminate entirely.

This high end model operates in completely enclosed manner to comply with highest standard of cGMP guidelines by optimum utilization and at minimal operating cost and wastage.
FEATURES
CM Mini Roll Compactor is totally based on method of Dry Granulation.
The powder charged in the feed hopper is predensified and fed between two counter rotating rolls.
As the volume decreases through the region of maximum pressure, the material is formed into a solid compacted sheet.
The densified sheets can then be granulated to any desired mesh size with use of CM Granulator or CM Communiting Mill.
CM Mini Roll Compactor is designed to the same principle and mode of operation as that of production size CM Roll Compactor.

The attachment is suitable for automatic counting and filling of tablets, capsules, coated tablets, pills, as well as lentil, bean or ball shaped objects with a diameter from 5 to 20mm into bottles, tins, etc. Change over from one set of filling parts to another and from one object-shape to another can be done in a few minutes. Tablet and Capsules are counted using filling or counting tracks. Coated tablets and similar objects are counted with a rotating disc. Capacity depends up on the size of the object and number of objects in each container. Tablets and Capsules range between 1000 1500 fills per hour, coated tablets between1500 1800 per hour. The apparatus can be supplied as a combination machine for all types of objects or only for tablets or capsules or coated tablets. For manufacturing counting discs for coated tablets, which can be order at any time, sample of the object and container are required.
All contact parts are made of stainless steel, anodized aluminum alloy or plastic. The counting and filling attachment is designed to be connected on all main drives.
