The Barley Malt Extract we offer is the hot water extract of malted barley. The extraction method does not involve the use of any chemicals. Only the hot water and physical segregation processes using residual grain as a natural filter are involved. The resulting wart is carefully evaporated to 80 % solids to naturally preserve and protect the valuable flavours and nutrients. The resulting yellow brown viscous liquid has a pleasant characteristic odor and a mild sweet malt flavour.
Applications Malt extract is used as food ingredient for one or more of their wide range of attributes. Our Barley Malt Extract may be used for flavor enhancement and as a source of nutrients as a source of fermentable sugars as a natural color or for color enhancement through browning as a texture modifier and as sweeteners. Therefore, our Barley Malt Extract is also applied in wide range of health foods i.e. as a tonic, in branded food beverages like Bournvita, Horlicks, Maltova, Viva, Nutramul and Milo, breads and crackers, baby foods, biscuit and confectionary and pharmaceuticals (cough syrups), ice creams, brown breads etc.
Corn Grits are manufactured from de-germinated yellow corn, which is properly cleaned & Milled to get desired particle size of grit. We used technology advanced machineries to ensure consistent quality of the Corn Grits. The Corn Grits are used in various bakeries to make sauces, puddings, custards, sweets and desserts, extruded snacks, Breakfast Cereals, etc. Corn Grits are manufactured under safe and hygienic condition so as to retain the nutritional value in corn.

The Oat Flakes we offer are made from steamed whole oats that are rolled out to flatten. The flattened oats are then flaked into small pieces while retaining the nutritional value of whole oats.
