In the department, this is a continuous, ongoing activity. We constantly search for new products and strive to improve the effectiveness of our current line of products. We also strive to make our products compatible with the global standard for product quality. To accomplish this goal, we have developed the most advanced extraction and recovery prototype model, which has a high vacuum system (HVS) and can handle light herbs with a capacity of up to 5 kg.
Commercial batches are conducted when the results of the pilot plant are confirmed, and to prevent the active ingredient from decomposing, the solvent is then collected under a high vacuum. The volumetric capacity of the extractors ranges from 1.2MT to 3.5MT. Every piece of production equipment has had its performance and capacity verified.
