Eco wash is an efficient and low cost fine material washing solution. Our eco wash is developed to produce high quality plaster sand and m sand simultaneously. Our modular design provides then unparalleled grip on controlling silt cut points, thus allowing maximum recovery out of the sand.
HY DROCY CLONE
We use one of the best cyclones in the world (MAX SERIES BYFLSMIDTH) cyclone which uses the centrifugal force made inside the cyclones which helps to separate silt, clay from sand to get standard specifications .the cone design maximises tangential velocity italso provide the long resistance time in the critical separation zones in the lower part of cyclone . The result is a substantially finer separation, with fewer fines in the underflow and less coarse material bypass to, overflow . This is one of the best cyclones to produce sand of size at different cut points with minimum wastage.
SLURRY PUMP
We use one of the best slurry pump (millmax series by flsmidth) the liners used in the pump are extremely thick, thus can be used in the most aggressive applications. Heavy duty impeller gives the pump extended wear life. The impeller is made in such a way that it clears the solid and reduces the pressure suction side clarions.Complete pump is made of high chrome casting .
DEWATERING SCREEN
The screen incorporates special upward slope design with slotted apertures. The wet sand is uniformly divided at we top of the back section of the screen which acts as a drainage and thus dewatering the sand giving a final product. The dewatering screen consists two vibrating motors which helps in the increasing efficiency of the dewatering

Vibrating Grizzly Feeder, generally installed between a Hopper and Primary Jaw Crusher in a Crushing & Screening Plant, performs the dual function of smooth regulated feeding to the crusher as well as segregation of sealp or natural fines received from the mines or river bed. It is subject to heavy load and abrasion due to large sized boulders falling at considerable speed from the Hopper. Once at rest on the Vibrating Grizzly Feeder’s Main Body, the large size boulders also tend to impede any kind of vibration produced by ordinary conventional designs.
"CCS OSTEM" has designed a unique twin eccentric parallel shaft mechanism with the axes plane of both shafts at 45° with the horizontal. Both shafts rotate in opposite directions, and produce substantial vibration of the right kind in the robust main body to feed large size boulders with great ease, while successfully segregating the scalp or natural fines.
While all models of "CCS OSTEM" Vibrating Grizzly Feeders have long Wear Resistant Plate at the back portion to with stand high load and abrasion from falling boulders, the front portion has evenly spaced High Austenitic Grade Manganese Steel bars to enable scalp or natural fines segregation. Stepped design of these bars ensures continuous smooth feeding and great results!!!
