Oil Resistant (OR) & Moderately Oil Resistant (MOR) : Specifically used for transportation of specific materials with high / moderate concentration of animal or vegetable fats. The special compound used in the covers, avoids damage / swelling of belt also during transportation of material with pine oil, wood oil, olive oil, petroleum etc.

The C-FLEX Elevator Belts are constructed with specially designed straight warp "open type" steel cords with built-in elasticity, E-cords, in the warp direction onto which rigidity improving weft cords are tied using a special weaving techniques. This special structure means that neither the warp nor the weft cables are deformed in any way, but they lay perfectly straight all over the belt length, resulting in maximum strength performance and high resistance to damage. The open steel E-cords allow maximum rubber penetration, minimizingcorrosion penetration in case of belt damage and resulting in very high rubber to steel adhesion. The rubber penetration deep into the warp cables functions as lubricant for the twined steel wires forming the cords increasing the elasticity of the E-cords. Low Elongation C-FLEX elevator belts display only 0.3% permanent elongation at maximum recommended working load (safety factor 10), ensuring consultant belt tension, even at long centre distances. As a unique feature the steel carcass displays an elastic elongation of 0.15%, increasing shock resistance and allowing the belts to run over slightly crowned pulleys, thus further greatly improving the straight tracking ability of this belt quality, The elastic elongation is the variation in belt length when subjected to a load variation between 20% and 100% of the maximum recommended load at 10-fold safety factor. The range of high performance bucket elevator chains, designed specially for service in cement plants, provides the highest ultimate and fatigue strengths for this applications. Rexnord chains are exclusively manufactured at world class chain facility in the United States. Maximum Strength Rexnord Chains (ER956, ER958 and ER984) are made of specially selected 100% alloy steel and they possess higher strength. A specially developed piercing technique makes exceptionally smooth pitch holes for high interference fits. This piercing method, combined with shot peening, yields maximum fatigue strength and protects against failure even when the chains are challenges by the most severe applications. Solution The Rexnord chains are manufactured to close tolerances using state-of-the-art production equipment and methods. Thisenables us to produce high-performance cement elevator chains without staggered pins, allowing chains to hang straight and true without compromising strength orwear life. Maximum Wear Life Extra deep induction hardening of pins and carburizing of bushings provides unsurpassed wear life. After extensive testing, an appropriate high-hardness specification was developed to resist abrasion caused by cement. A specific level and depth of hardness is produced and carefully checked to ensure that Rexnord chains provide the maximum wear and toughness necessary to survive extended periods of service in cement plant bucket elevators.

Incline (Chevron / Cleated) conveyor belt is used to carry coal and mineral core, powdery such as sand, fine coal and grain materials up steep inclines.
