Capsons has a strong merchandising and production team that ensures qualityoriented production to meet the expectation of any internationally reputable brand. We have different specialists within our company who are involved from the purchasing of animal skins, to the finishing and packing of garments. Once tanned at one of our strategic partner tanneries, all skins that arrive in our manufacturing facility are reviewed, checked for quality, before they are sorted into matching families to ensure that each garment is cut with the most consistent matching of color and grain-pattern possible. Our reliable and experienced team of leather-cutting specialists are then given the responsibility to execute the very important task of cutting each piece of garment to ensure the best product makes it to the stitching department. Due to the delicate nature of leather garments and the need to ensure consistency within a garment, we purposely do not deploy the line system in the manufacturing of our leather garments and instead each piece is completed by a skilled sticker, who's gifted talent is embedded into the luxury product that eventually makes it to retail stores around the world. Despite our dependence on a skilled stitching team, each garment stitched is reviewed by our Quality Control team and checked for stitching inconsistencies, fit and over all appearance before being approved and sent to the finishing department. The finishing department is responsible to ensure the product gets 'store-ready' by cutting all loose threads, cleaning and packing the garments on the basis of the preapproved packing instructions received from our merchandising department and thecustomer. Lastly, the packed goods are inspected by a completely separate QC, who checks for styling, quality, labeling and packing (similar to the way they would be at a customer's warehouse) andensures that the packed shipment is of an acceptable international standard.
