- Full set of cargo and shipping documents together with all copies of bill of lading and all SGS original assay report of quantity, quality and stuffing photos of the cargo into the containers with all container numbers.
PAYMENT TERMS ;
- Once Seller´s beneficiary bank confirm operative bank instrument, Seller issue 2% performance bond and start delivery process to Buyer´s destination port.
DELIVERY:
- Buyer will receive the goods at Buyer’s destination port and handle all Import Taxes, Customs clearance, Security and Transport from Destination port to Buyer’s Refinery/Assayer including all customs Inspection costs.
- Once the goods arrive at destination port , Buyer to do final assay by either SGS, Alex Steward, AHK appointed by the Buyer at buyer’s cost.
- Delivery time 30 – 45 days after seller’s beneficiary bank confirm the bank instrument. - Buyer issues a bank instrument through seller’s beneficiary bank Irrevocable, Transferable , Operative, Confirmed
