greetings of the day
we wish to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers and
exports of grey cast iron as well as ductile iron castings to
usa,canada, major european countries like germany, portugal,romania,
slovakia,austria, poland, united kingdom, middle east countries, south
africa and to the full satisfaction of our customers.
We have set us a most modern and well equipped ductile iron foundry with
the following facilities:
1)melting is done in two induction furnaces pf 1 mt each.
2)spectrometer for determination of chemical properties of both raw
materials as well as finished products. Counter checking of the results
obtained are done on a well equipped chemical laboratory with all
testing facilities as and when felt necessary.
3)physical test of the finished materials like tensile, transverse,
elongation and load test are done in-house as per the quality plan on
modern machines.
4)load testing is done on a regular basis on one sample from each heat.
5)we have two nos. Of well equipped plc controlled automatic sand plant
of 30 mt and 50 mt capacity respectively.
6)molding is done on jolt and squeeze machines on automatic molding
lines which is similar to disa.
7)painting is done by spray painting machine.
