The external body is welded to achieve moisture sealed housing & then electrostatically painted with Epoxy-Polyester powder coating using latest technique. Each unit is thoroughly checked for insulation, coil resistance & piston lift test using well calibrated instruments & test jigs. Over time the word “Rapper” has become synonymous with “Caltronic” in India.

Rapper Insulator Rod (FRP Shaft) is a critical component that transfers rapper piston impact onto discharge electrodes to dislodge dust particles & isolates the rapper from high voltage frame. Each insulator is built from the finest grade Epoxy Resin Bonded Glass Fibre (ERBGF) yarn under strictly controlled manufacturing process.   Details : Electrical isolation : 120KV (max) Thermal insulation : Up to 200degC (~400degF) continuous Impact strength : 25feet-lbs (avg)  

Boot Seal is a crucial component in the rapping system that prevents moisture, rain water & cold air from entering penthouse; it is recommended to inspect it periodically & immediately replace cracked units for effective ESP operation. High quality rubber granules are used to make our boot seal. As per temp requirement & ambient conditions we make offer choices of Hypalon, E.P.D.M, Silicone, & Viton. We can customize our product with OEM name & logo embossed on it. Stainless steel clamps are offered separately.

More about Hopper Heating Pad This electrical heating pad consists of wire heating elements insulated with two braids of glass-fibre yarn and impregnated with Class-H varnish. The element is spread over closely woven glass cloth carrier at a uniform pitch and sandwiched between two layers of glass-fibre cloth. Eyelets are provided for riveting/fixing these pads onto the hopper. These pads are suitable for both ESP & Bag Filter application. Thermostat is offered separately. Safe temp  :  300degC (max)

External Grounding Switch (Disconnecting switch) are used in conjunction with T/R sets and are operated to bring ESP internal potential to zero during maintenance shut down. Our Grounding Switches are fabricated of 1/8" MS sheet & then electrostatically painted with Epoxy-Polyester powder coating using latest technique.
