DESIGNOFDEWATERING PUMPS ( POLDER PUMPS ):
Calama Polder pumpsets are single / two stage centrifugal pump with impellers of mixed flow design. The water to be lifted flows through a passage tube and is pumped around the motor and up into the discharge main. The motor is a wet type water filled submersible motor, robust in design and light in weight. Motor cooling is done by delivery liquid ensuring long life by the jacketted construction.Mechanical seal is provided to prevent entry of muddy and sandy water into the motor. Axial thrust is controlled by adequate thrust bearing.Calama Polder pump offers a wide range of models for lifting water from 6-90 mts. and a discharge of 800 to 18000 LPM. These pumps can take turbidity upto 10000 ppm and handle Maximum particale size upto 8 mm.
