XLPE WINDING WIRES

C.R.I. XLPE (Cross Linked Polyethylene) Submersible winding wires are manufactured at its state of art manufacturing facility located near Coimbatore, India. The systems at the manufacturing facility are certified for ISO-9001.

CONDUCTOR

Conductors are drawn from 99.97% pure copper with more than 101% of electrical conductivity, High conductivity and high purity results low voltage drop in wires. This ensures savings of power cost.

ANNEALING

Drawn copper wires arePOT annealed to provide high flexibility in copper for easy winding process.

INSULATION

Annealed copper wires are insulated with specially formulated Imported compound which having excellent electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. The wire will withstand high operating temperature of 90C and short circuit temperature of 250C. XLPE material coated over the copper conductor through single line extrusion process and Entire length of the wire being tested with online Spark tester to ensure that there are no weak spots, pinholes, black spots and any other defects in insulation during extrusion.

ingle core solar cables are weather, abrasion and UV-resistant. This halogen free, double insulated, cross-linked solar cables are suitable for permanent outdoor use. They are for use on photovoltaic systems both for cabling of solar modules among themselves and as connection to the DC / AC inverter.

These cables are produced keeping vagaries of field conditions and voltage fluctuations in mind to ensure reliability, safety, longevity and energy saving.

CONDUCTOR

Conductors are drawn from bright electrolytic Grade 99.97% purity copper with more than 101% conductivity. High purity and Conductivity of copper ensures greater saving of electrical energy which helps to reduce electricity bills.

INSULATION AND SHEATHING

The Bunched coppers are insulated with specially formulated superior grade EPDM material with high thermal stability and insulation resistance. Outer sheath is made up of special grade waterproof EPDM compound resistant to moisture, abrasion, grease, oil and other environmental effect. Entire length of the core insulated wires are being tested with online Spark tester to ensure that there are no weak spots in the insulation, pinholes, black spots and any other defects during extrusion.

BLUE FLAT CABLES

C.R.I. cables are manufactured to Indian standards that generally conforms to IS 694. High Conductivity Annealed and Bunched flexible Copper conductors are made from electrolytic bright copper twisted together and insulated with Double Layer Protection. It is made up of special grade PVC Compound which gives high resistance in insulation. Cables are sheathed with special grade of PVC Compound which makes them impervious to water, grease, oil. This makes the cables more durable with increased life and uncompromising performance at all the times irrespective of any fluctuations. These cables are sequentially marked at one-metre intervals for convenience. Available nominal sizes in square millimetres are 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0, 6.0, 10.0, 16.0, 25.0 & 50.0

Housing Wires

HOUSING WIRES

C.R.I. FR (Z FIRE) & FR-LSH (Z FUME) Building Wires are manufactured at its state of the art manufacturing facility located in Coimbatore, India. The systems at the manufacturing facility are certified for ISO-9001 and the product manufactured to meet the relevant PVC cables standards IS 694.

INSULATION

The bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated and in-house manufactured PVC compound with high oxygen index, temperature index and low smoke* properties. These properties help in restricting the spread of fire even at very high temperatures and emit only less smoke*. Wires are insulated with double layer extrusion process, Natural PVC compound (FR / FR-LSH) as first layer and Natural + Skin color as second layer which gives double protection in insulation.All wires are tested with online high voltage spark tester to ensure that there are no weak spots, pin holes, black spots and any other defects in the insulation during extrusion. These wires meet the requirements of IS 694 with latest amendments for improved fire performance categories FR & FR-LSH. This ensures extra protection against electrical shocks, short circuits and fire.
