PVL Engineers manufactured a pig launcher and receiver used to launch a pig throughout the piping system to clean the pipe line. Both the pig launcher and receiver have been hydro-tested to ensure quality and performance. Multiple coats of paint were also applied for environment protection. The Pig Launcher & Pig Receiver are the imperative facilities of pipeline pigging. The pig scraper launcher & pig scraper receiver, which are produced with international advanced technology introduced by our Company, are applicable to pipelines in various specifications from 4 inches to 60 inches. We can also design and manufacture pig scraper launcher & pig scraper receiver of special types in accordance with customers’ requirements.

  PVL quick opening closure can easily and quickly open or close by one person. Because it operates so easily, the Quick Opening closure allows more time to proceed with operations. Because an operator stands to the side when opening pressure warning lock, clamp-ring, and door, the Quick Opening closure is safer to open than other closures in themarket.

Pig signaller or Pig detector is  a device installed on a pipeline or pig trap assembly to detect movement of pig . It consists of a mechanism which detects the movement of pig. PVL Engineers offers a selection of scraper passage indicators, or intrusive pig signallers, that  accurately detect, signal and log  the passage of pipeline pigs at critical points along pipelines onshore, offshore and subsea.
