The L20 Air motor is an economical pneumatic motor which has been introduced to provide efficiently and effectively continuous agitation. Bullows L-20 Air Motor is a Reciprocating Type Air Motor which has 10-12 range of rpm and imparts 180 oscillatory movement to the paddles in paint tank.
Remarkable feature of L-20 Air Motor is that the agitation is greatest at the centre of bottom of the Tank, a point which, in orthodox design, is completely stagnant. The L-20 Air Motor exerts a torque of 400 in./lb when connected to any air line at 80 lb./sq.in. which is sufficient to break out paddles, which have stood for several days in a container of heavy filler.
The only maintenance required is that one cover is removed and the gear chamber recharged with grease every six month.

What is Paint Booth ?An enclosed or semi enclosed area used for spray painting of component may be equipped with a source fresh air to keep the atmosphere dust-free, a waterfall backdrop to trap over spray, and an exhaust system to vent the fumes of the evaporating solvents.
Why Paint booth Required ?
Working Principal of a Paint Booth:The over sprayed paint is dragged towards the water flowing continuously. The turbulence is created below the screen & sludge is formed. The water and the sludge are separated in the filter at the bottom tank. The clean water is pumped again to the top tank and flows over the screen.
The paint is sucked by the blower through the baffles wherein the paint particles are separated. The baffles are very effective in separation and can be removed, cleaned easily. Only clean air with thinner is left to atmosphere. It has more efficiency as compared to the dry booth. The sound level is as per industrial norms.

Paint Drying Ovens, also referred to as Dryers or Paint Curing Ovens or Paint Baking Oven removes the moisture from water-based coatings and adhesives. Paint Drying Ovens are also removes water from the surface or interior of products with the help of thermostatic controls in case of electrical heating and temperature controllers operating solenoid valves in case of steam, gas and oil heating.
An Industrial Paint Curing Oven cures dries the paint through the heated air that is re circulated in the Oven. This is generally done by having a heating chamber where air is heated and the heated air is circulated inside the Paint Curing Oven chambers by means of fans.

The arrangement of burners or heaters in a Paint Drying Oven should ensure the provision of uniform heating across the cross section and the length of the Paint Drying Oven.
Paint Drying Ovens are generally constructed out of mild steel sheets with strengthening members and supports the outside wall of Paint Drying Oven and aluminum sheets on the inside wall of Paint Drying Oven, with an adequate thickness of insulation in between.
During regular operation of Paint Drying Oven, the temperature inside the Paint Drying Oven is automatically maintained at a pre-determined level with the help of thermostatic controls in case of electrical heating and in the case of steam, gas and oil heating by temperature controllers operating solenoid valves.
Improved quality and durability of paint finish can be achieved by providing proper facilities for staving the painted components. This requires a Paint Drying Oven of the right type, size and having the correct staving temperature. HVLP Spray Gun works on the principal of (High Volume of Paint & Low Air Pressure). Due to its working principal, HVLP Spray gun has advantage over Conventional spray gun w.r.t lesser over spray of fluid & paint saving.
The Spray gun is made of forged Aluminium body which gives it high strength for longer durability and available in SS Tip & Needle set in variant combination of nozzle set ups to serve various viscosity of paints.

‘Y’ Restrictor is a valve that restricts the flow of fluids in either direction. It is normally used to slow down the speeds of jacks, etc. It is also called as a flow restrictor.
What is the purpose of a flow restrictor if used?
A flow restrictor, as the name suggests, restricts the flow of fluid. Flow restrictor maintains high pressure inside the fluid membrane by creating back pressure on the membrane and also controls the recovery ratio of the fluid system.
How does a restrictor valve work?
A flow restrictor is a two-port valve that reduces the flow as the valve stem is lowered and the plug pushed onto the valve seat. Maximum pressure drops against which the valve may close are also limited, particularly where system pressure may rise steeply as the pump operates at a lower flow rate.

B-Gaurd is an alkaline formulation, liquid preparation, to be used as an additive for the water treatment in the spray booths. It is very effective where mixed paints are used. The effect of B-Gaurd on the over sprayed paint, make sure that the washing chambers, plates and pipe work of the spray booth require less frequent cleaning and the over sprayed paint will float in a conventional denatured non - sticky form for easy removal.
Whenever you start a fresh bath make sure that you clean the booth and the sludge pit thoroughly. Fill the booth tank with fresh industrial water and start the circulation. B-Gaurd then added to the turbulent area of the reservoir at 1-2 litres per 1000 lts of water in the tank. This addition will give a pH of around 10. This pH will start dropping from the time the paint over spray is mixed with that.
To get the best performance of B-Gaurd the pH must be maintained between the range of 9-10. To maintain the pH, regular replenishment should be made. Its normally assumed that there will be a 40% overspray paint contamination in the booth water. The recommended doses are @ 3-5 % of spray viscosity paints consumption.
