Frozen Mackerel
Mackerel, any of a number of swift-moving, streamlined food and sport fishes found in temperate and tropical seas around the world, allied to tunas in the family Scombridae (order Perciformes).
Mackerels are rounded and torpedo-shaped, with a slender, keeled tail base, a forked tail, and a row of small finlets behind the dorsal and anal fins.
The mackerel, as it is a oil-rich fish, is a greasy fish.
This fat is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It is also a good source of proteins with a high biologic value which also contains important quantities of vitamins and minerals.

Frozen Octopus
Octopus has a good grip on nutrition as an excellent source of Vitamin E, Vitamin B-12, Niacin, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc and Copper.
Baby Octopus are more tender than the larger ones, but just as scary looking with their eight purplish tentacles!
Fresh is always better than frozen, but we must say these do cook up smooth with a firm, satisfying bite and full-bodied flavor.
Fresh or frozen raw octopus is purplish or brownish-gray in color, but otherwise resembles the octopus that is found alive in water.
Cooked octopus is also available widely and is white and purple in color. Octopus meat is very firm, slightly chewy, and yet tender with a mild flavor.

Fish meal
Fish meal is a commercial product mostly made from fish that are not used for human consumption.
Fishmeal is generally used to feed farm animals in an agricultural setting.
Fishmeal is made by cooking, pressing, drying, and grinding of fish or fish waste into a solid.
Most of the water and some or all of the oil is removed. Four or five tonnes of fish are needed to manufacture one tonne of dry fishmeal.
Water content is reduced from 70% to about 50% and oil down to 4%.

Mud Crabs
The mud crab is one of the best seafoods for presentation, with graceful legs and ornate claws that can be kept whole and used as a garnish.
A crab claw protruding from a bowl of hearty mud crab bisque can be very appealing to the eye.
Its moist meat, mostly found in the body and claws, has a marvellous distinct and sweet flavour.
It is Translucent when raw and white to off-white when cooked. The shell turns red when cooked.
