white or slightly yellow crystal or powder with a slight acidic taste.

Citric acid
Citric acid is a natural occurring fruit acid, produced commercially
by microbial fermentation of a carbohydrate substrate. Citric acid is
the most widely used organic acid and pH-control agent in foods,
beverages, pharmaceuticals and technical applications.
Citric acid occurs as colourless crystals or as white, crystalline
powder with a strongly acidic taste. It is very soluble in water,
freely soluble in ethanol (96 %) and sparingly soluble in ether.
Citric acid is non-toxic and has a low reactivity. It is chemically
stable if stored at ambient temperatures. Citric acid is fully
biodegradable and can be disposed of with regular waste or sewage.

Sorbic Acid
Sorbic acid is a white crystalline solid. It is soluble in water and
maby organic solvents and it readily sublimes.
Sorbic acid is used as an antimicrobial agent, fungicide, and
preservative in foods. It can also be found in resins, coatings, oils,
rubber, plastics, and lubricants.

Glycolic Acid
Glycolic Acid is a colorless, odorless, and hygroscopic crystalline
solid is highly soluble in water.
Glycolic acid is used in the textile industry as a dyeing and tanning
agent, in food processing as a flavoring agent and as a preservative,
and in the pharmaceutical industry as a skin care agent. It is also
used in adhesives and plastics. Glycolic acid is often included into
emulsion polymers, solvents and additives for ink and paint in order
to improve flow properties and impart gloss.

Acetic acid
Acetic acid, sometimes called ethanoic acid or ethylic acid, is an
organic acid and the simplest carboxylic acid. It is known for giving
vinegar its sour taste and smell. Though the ingredient is used in a
wide range of fields, the oldest and most commonly known role of
acetic acid is being the forerunner to vinegar. When undiluted, it is
known as Glacial Acetic Acid.
Acetic acid is used in food grade & ester production and it is also
used as a solvent in various industrial applications.

Formic Acid
Formic Acid is a colorless, fuming liquid, with a penetrating odor. It
is a strong reducing agent and is soluble in water, alcohol, and
ether. It is combustible.
Formic Acid is used in dyeing and finishing of textiles, leather
treatment, manufacture of fumigants, insecticides, refrigerants,
