How Bry-Air Ethylene Scrubber (BES) removes Ethylene?
Ethylene is slightly heavier than air. When it is placed in airflow on the floor in a closed system, it sucks air from its lower ducts and passes it through the specially designed Honeycomb Matrix chemical filter where it immediately neutralizes Ethylene chemically and release clean air outside containing no bad effects on fruits and vegetables. Bry-Air’s new Honeycomb Matrix based macro porous chemical filters are metal silicates impregnated with Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4). “Enviroliner”, as it is popularly known, is the ideal solution to Humidity related storage problems. It is a humidity controlled mobile housing for safe storage of small equipment like engines, gear boxes, small arms, ammunition, optics, ration, documents, Enviroliners are customised modular PVC store house which can convert any space in whole or in part into cost effective humidity controlled storage area. There are no special infrastructural needs except for a “floor and a “ceiling”. Equipment and material stored in Enviroliners are protected against damaging effects of moisture – rust, mold & fungus. iform, etc, prevents corrosion.
Enviroliners are custom made using flexible special grade thermo plastic barrier material to ‘build’ the walls on a framework and ‘zipped’ closed. A small, desiccant dehumidifier controls the relative humidity to the required level – 35% to 50% RH – to ensure humidity controlled conditions needed for safe storage.
Installation OptionsFlexible Barrier Storage (FBS) Systems are employed and adopted by the Army, Navy and Air force all over the world for preservation of hardware equipment and storage of active-status material.
The Flexible Barrier, or the Flexible Storage (FBS) Systems consist of a reusable cover, which is resistant to moisture, oil, bacteria, insects, rodents, etc., a humidity sensing device and a chemical desiccant dehumidifier.
This system of preservation is very versatile, more practical and technically superior to any other system of preservation in the world. It assures flexibility and mobility in choice of storage sites and eliminates the need for storage sheds; reduces manpower costs and is easy to maintain even by unskilled personnel.
The high degree of preservation achieved through the dehumidification system enables rapid reactivation of the defence equipment. Being mobile, it can move with the troops and can be installed on site whenever required, on any terrain.
The FBS system protects military equipment from corrosion as well as from the effects of humidity, salt, pollutants, dust and insects. It also protects equipment from effects of ultra-violet rays of the sun on metal, rubber, paint, canvas, etc. Damages caused by micro-organisms such as fungi and molds is avoided.
Environmental protection also increases MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of the equipment - whatever its size and sophistication - from the smallest piece of electronics to modern computer-guided bomber aircrafts and armored fighting vehicles (AFVs), from batteries to radars and missiles.
Shrouding of aircraft, helicopters and missiles using the FBS protects them from the damaging effects of moisture, dust and ultra-violet rays.

The Integrated Proximity Sensor activates material demand. The special dump valve design mounted on a bearing allows smooth movement of dump valve’s blanking disc and closing during the conveying process.
The SS Mesh Filter of 530 micron separates the resin from the air. There is a Vacuum Break Valve for automated mesh filter cleaning and quick evacuation. Specially designed material entry creates ‘cyclonic effect’ to save filter mesh from damage.
The special flapper with a long life silicone seals at mesh filter, load valve and dump valve for leak proof vacuum. This allows receiver usage at higher temperatures.
The special flapper also served the purpose of deflecting incoming material away from the screen.
The Access Door allows servicing & inspection of dump valve assembly without any tools. The receiver comes with a highly effective magnet and a clearly visible tower light for status of operation and fault. The Receiver comes in capacity options of 6/15/30/60 and 75 liters.
Regenerative Vacuum Pump Station
The brushless regenerative pumps are noiseless and low in maintenance. They provide powerful vacuum to convey free flowing pellets and regrind.
Every unit is fully assembled and permanently lubricated to deliver optimum vacuum and is consolidated on a compact frame.
The optional discharge selection valve allows exhaust air to be recycled back to the closed loop dry air system, or discharged to the atmosphere.

Why do we need to measure atmospheric corrosion and reactivity rate?Environment with higher atmospheric and air contamination require greater attention to air quality management. The interactive result of temperature variations and humidity with the gaseous contaminants has the potential to increase the threat of air corrosion, providing greater reasons for close monitoring of the immediate environment of IT infrastructure. All companies dealing with sensitive IT infrastructure, as a core part of its operations, need to implement a comprehensive checking and monitoring mechanism for the corrosion potential of the gases inside their facility. The ISA standards define or characterize environments in terms of their overall corrosion potential.
Bry-Air Atmospheric Corrosivity Monitor (ACM) diagnoses the corrosion of these environment according to the ISA Standard 71.04-2013 outlining severity of corrosion from G1 (mild) to GX (severe) environment. Reactivity monitoring can be used to characterise the destructive potential of an environment. Measurement of thickness of corrosion film provides an excellent indication of the type(s) and level(s) of all corrosive gases present in the local environment.
Air Borne Contamination is an undesirable by-product of the changing lifestyles of mankind. How does gas phase filtration system work ?
The process of gas phase filtration is simple. The contaminated air first passes through pre-filters which trap the suspended particles, and then through the required chemical media beds, which chemically destroy or retain any remaining gaseous impurities. The chemical media can be activated carbon and / or activated alumina impregnated with proprietary chemicals, used alone or in combination – depending on the types and concentrations of the impurities present in air stream.

The Bry-Air Victory series dehumidifier is a non-cyclic, rotary type dehumidifier which dries air by continuous physical adsorption process, the simplest and most direct method of humidity control. TM The desiccant used by Bry-Air Victory series is non toxic, non flammable with maximum moisture removal capacity.
The moisture is adsorbed in the dehumidification sector by the slowly rotating fluted, metal silicate desiccant synthesized rotor and is exhausted in the reactivation sector by hot air stream in counter flow. Following the reactivation process, the adsorption sector is again ready to adsorb the moisture. Thus, the two processes of “moisture adsorption” and “reactivation” takes place simultaneously with separate airflow. Positive sealing between chambers prevents mixing of the process and reactivation air stream.

Testing FacilityThe chemical media used in chemical filter is consumable and cannot be regenerated Therefore it has to be replaced whenever consumed. Determining the time of replacement is important so that media is not replaced when its life is left or we keep on using the system once the chemicals are consumed also.

BryXchange rotor is installed between the high temperature exhaust air and supply air stream. As the rotor slowly rotates, sensible heat of temperature exhaust air is carried over by the rotor to the low temperature supply air.
Design and Structure of BryXchange Air to Air Rotary Heat Exchanger
The BryXchange rotor has a fluted media, fabricated with material having a high heat carrying capacity, which rotates between two side-by-side ducts: on a low temperature supply air duct, the other a hot temperature exhaust air duct. The axis of the rotor is located parallel to, and on the partition between, the two ducts.
