Area Of Application

• Repair, fill or level surfaces in new construction or for corrective work.
• Internal applications.
• An underlayment prior to installation of carpet, vinyl, tiles or other floor covering systems.
• Walked on after 5–7 hours and can receive floor coverings 12 hours after installation.
• Protected with a compatible topping, flooring or coating.

Advantages

• Provides built in wear resistance and produces a high abrasion resistant floor surface which is more than 300% stronger than plain concrete.
• Impact resistance is twice that of plain concrete.
• Surface density will be three times higher than plain concrete, which increases the resistance to penetration of oil, grease, hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol and many industrial chemicals.
• May be used in open and continuously wet areas.
• Compatible with vacuum dewatered system.
• Nonrusting washable and easy to maintain.
• Facilitates fast construction with minimum site costs.
• Bonds well with most conventional cementitious substrates.
