Britomatics Pleated Cartridge designs are widely used for superior industrial filtration for wide range of requirements. The Cartridge is made out of premium grade phenolic impregnated cellulose filter media. The Cartridge is designed for critical filtration requirements, provide long service life, high flow rate and low pressure drop.
The Cartridges are available in 0.5um, 1um, 5um, 10um, 20um, 30 um, and 60um pore sizes. The Cartridge performs at 99% removal efficiency.

To overcome complexities of the temperature and chemical compatibility limitations of Synthetic Fabric Media and of Fabric The Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges are designed. They offer very High Temperature Resistance and are capable of withstanding High Differential Pressure. There is a option of making SS Filter Cartridges in Cylindrical or Pleated form to increase filtration area. SS Filter cartridge generally supported with coarser filter media so as to see that no direct damages occurs to the main filter media. These elements can be reused and backwash due to SS material.
Britomatics resin bonded type core less cartridges are designed to have two-staged filtration process to maximise particle removal. The cartridge is suitable for viscous fluid filtration application as it has a longer service life. The spiral wound per filter wrap ensures cartridge strength and eliminates residuals normally associated with resin bonded cartridges of conventional manufacture.

Dust collection system Dust collectors are used in many processes to either recover valuable granular solid or powder from process streams, or to remove granular solid pollutants from exhaust gases prior to venting to the atmosphere. Dust collection is an online process for collecting any process-generated dust from the source point on a continuous basis. Dust collectors may be of single unit construction, or a collection of devices used to separate particulate matter from the process air. They are often used as an air pollution control device to maintain or improve air quality. Dust collection Filter Cartridge Cartridge collectors use perforated metal cartridges that contain a pleated, nonwoven filtering media, as opposed to woven or felt bags used in bag houses. The pleated design allows for a greater total filtering surface area than in a conventional bag of the same diameter, the greater filtering area results in a reduced air to media ratio, pressure drop, and overall collector size. Carbon block cartridges are designed for highly effective filtration of water for certain VOC’S, pesticides, chlorine, odor test & sediment reduction down to 5 microns. Its nominal filtration rating makes it an excellent option for polishing filters of pre-filters in applications which requires very fine filtration. These cartridges are effective at filtering giardia & Cryptosporidium cysts from potable drinking water.
Oil adsorption filter cartridges have been specifically developed and manufactured for the high efficiency removal of dissolved & dispersed oils from water within the gas & oil production industries, marine bilge and ballast water treatment systems, contaminated surface water run off & other industrial process industries. The material of Filter media of this cartridge contains modified cellulose. This filter media will remove upto 95% of total hydrocarbon elements from water in just a single pass. Dissolved oil, emulsions & dispersed droplets are also adsorbed and retained from water by filter media.
Most bag-houses use long, cylindrical bags (or tubes) made of woven or felted fabric as a filter medium. (For applications where there is relatively low dust loading and gas temperatures are 250oF or less, pleated non-woven cartridges are sometimes used as filtering media instead of bags.) Dust-laden gas or air enters the bag house filter through hoppers (large funnel-shaped containers used for storing and dispensing particulate) and is directed into the bag house compartment. The gas is drawn through the bags, either on the inside or the outside depending on cleaning method, and a layer of dust accumulates on the filter media surface until air can no longer move through it
