The Control Panel is of fabricated construction made of 16 gauge Mild steel on the wall for smaller capacity sets and free standing floor mounting type for medium and larger ones. Control panels are provided with removable side panels and hinged front panel for easy accessibility and suitable provisions for connecting incoming and outgoing boards are made on the control cubicle. The standard control panels are suitable for normal operation of the generating sets and the instruments generally mounted dully unconnected are Voltmeter with selector Switch, Ammeter with selector Switch, Frequency meter, Molded case Circuit Breaker, Indicating Lamps etc.

Complete generating set is accommodated in an efficient sound proof, weather proof and environment friendly canopy, suitable for outdoor use, ensuring very low noise level of approximately 72 to 75 dB (A) at 3 meter distance depending on your position with respect to the set, with a reasonably quiet background.

Generator trolley semi-trailer is pulled by a truck tractor or a prime mover. The semi-trailer has a kingpin near the front end to couple with the prime mover and has axles at rear. Semi-trailers may have one, two or three axles. Semi-trailers may have more than three axles. Semi-trailers also have brakes, suspension and lights. A pair landing legs are fixed near the front end to support the semi-trailer after it is decoupled from the prime mover.

Trailer trolley full-trailer is like the semi-trailer with the difference that the full trailer has axles at the front end and rear end and therefore it can be parked on its own without the need of prime mover or landing legs to support it. The front axle (or axles) has steering capability. A drawbar is provided to couple with the prime mover.
