Standard housing material is either 316 Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. Housings come equiped with a standard 18" perforated Stainless Steel basket. These strainers are necessary to provide protection for metering systems against dirt and other foreignmaterial. The large screen area and streamlined flow path minimize pressure drop.The sturdy basket can withstand a 3.3 bar differential pressure without bursting and is easily removed for cleaning. Many features of these strainer housings can be customized such as material of construction, closure style, pressure rating, connection style and size, and optional support legs.
