DESCRIPTION : Commercial rubber sheet used for gasket & packing purpose in industrial applications. These sheets / rolls are made from Prime polymer blended with reclaim rubber. As it is cured using compression moulding & rotary drum curing system available in smooth & cloth impression finish with or without choice of insertion.

APPLICATIONS : This commercial rubber sheets / rolls are mainly used for flange gasket packing to avoid leakages from air, water & inorganic chemicals, machinery packing pads, anti vibration pads & flooring purpose.

PROPERTY : Good resistance to inorganic chemicals, water, air & heat up to 70°C. Poor resistance to Ozone, UV, Sunlight, oil & solvents & organic chemicals. Boron Rubbers India has custom designed this rubber to meet many applications on several different levels while maintaining a very economical basis for a rubber sheets / rolls.

STORAGE OF PRODUCTS

Do not expose rubber sheet to direct sunlight, sheets away from heat source, preferably in dark, air ventilated room will help give longer life & optimum properties

Do not remove polythene packing before use to prevent it from exposure of atmospheric oxygen, ozone & polluted air. Do not store rubber sheet rolls in open, even after covering it with tarpaulin to protect from air & rain. Always keep rolls in vertical position ONLY

Keep rolls away from solvent, oil & fuel storage. Do not use hooks while loading/unloading the rolls. Inspect sheet for smooth surface & hardness (with rubber hardness tester).

DESCRIPTION : Nitrile Rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile rubber sheets are mainly used as oil & solvent resistance as it has good tensile strength, low compression set, flexibility & impermeability to gases. These sheets are very good resistance to petroleum based products having recommended for operating temperature from (-20°C to +110°C).

APPLICATIONS : These sheets / rolls are mainly used for sealing, gasket & packing to avoid leakages from oil, solvent, petroleum based fluids, lubricating oil, transformer fluid & sealing against gases.

PROPERTY :

• Very good resistance to petroleum based fluid goods & high temperature resistance up to 110°C.
• Very low-level permeability to gases. Poor ozone resistance.

RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING STORAGE AFTER RECEIPT

• Store according to DIN 7716 standards.
• Products must be stored in cool, dry places with temperature ranging between 10°C to 30°C, sheltered from the sun & free from ozone for better shelf life.
• Avoid contact with acids & alkalies.
• If there is any doubt about the condition of sheet/roll, they should be retested before putting into service.
• Products should be issued in the order of their date of manufacture.

DESCRIPTION : Neoprene rubber is a chloroprene rubber, which has excellent mechanical property & good abrasion resistance. It gives good resistance to oil & heat, ozone, sunlight & weather and also gives good adhesion to metal surface. Neoprene rubber sheets / rolls are available for a range of applications in the industries. Many grades of neoprene are available depending on the application. These rolls will handle most tough industrial environments and moderate to heavy alkaline and chemical resistive situations. It is manufactured in pure neoprene rolls, commercial, Medium strength, High Strength, Cloth Inserted, Antistatic, Fire Retardant, and Textured & in Strips. The temperature ranges from (-30°C to +100°C) in operation condition.

APPLICATIONS : Neoprene rubber sheets / rolls are mainly used in sealing applications in construction sites & sound studios, general & industrial applications like sealing, gasket & packing to avoid leakages of oil, heat, steam, water, air, acid & alkali. It is also used in marine applications. It has flame retardant properties & good resistance to inorganic chemical products.

DESCRIPTION : NR / SBR blend rubber sheets / rolls are used in the commercial and industrial applications. This specifically designed rubber material is long-­lasting that is suitable for operational use which provides excellent mechanical properties like high resilience, low compression set, high resistance to cut, tear & abrasion & also offers resistance to many acids, alkalis & salts. The operation temperature range is (-­20°C to +80°C). It is available in wide range of hardness from 40 Shore A to 80 Shore A. It has very good physical properties like Tensile strength, wear & tear properties, Abrasion resistance.

APPLICATIONS : NR / SBR Rubber sheets / rolls are used for wide range of applications like skirt board, bridge bearing, gasket for high pressure packing, heavy weight machinery packing, Para-­quality for sand/shot blasting machinery & used as shock absorber. NR / SBR Rubber sheets/rolls can be used as shelf liner; workstation table liner and work area rubber lining that can withst and moderate chemicals & alkaline solutions. These sheets can also be used for anti abrasion lining for material handling machinery in mines alike industries.
