We are not responsible for quality of the exported goods. 4 Freight: Ocean (or the best option as determined by the exporter).  Freight: From India to Port, England (or the best option as determined by the exporter).  5 "NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO LIABILITY, NO WARRANTIES, NO DATA RESPONSIBILITY, NO REPLACEMENT, NO COMMITMENT, NO TIMELINE, NO PRESSURE, NO PROMISE, NO GUARANTEE, NO TRACKING, NO TRACEABILITY 10% interest charged monthly for late payments" 6 Local UK destination charges, UK Custom duty tax, UK clearance, UK storages charges, etc on consignee account. 7 "Buyer shall assume all risks and shall pay all charges applicable to cancellation or modification. Any alterations to the purchase order's specifications, order cancellation or requests for refunds will result in the following: i) Immediate production stop.  ii) 3-months delay/extension in the shipping date from the date of order reapproval.  iii) Stock Management Monthly changes of £ 400 will be made for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods storage.  iv) All operating expenses, including the purchase of raw materials, packaging costs, bank processing fees, currency conversion fees, management fees, labour fees, etc., are covered by the customer."
