Bobbin heatersare used in the heating of air and heating various liquids when disassembly without draining is absolutely necessary. These heaters are available in various diameters and lengths.

Note :Besides the standard size of heaters other sizes can be made as per customer specification.

Silica Cased Immersion Heater :-These are made of imported fused silica tubing with remountable heating element inside & provided with heat resistent rubber cap and a connecting cable.

Uses :-Highest temperatures in all acids, ferric chloride etching baths, anodising, bright dip baths, except hydrofluoric and phosphoric.

Strip Heaters (Refractory Insulated) :-These heaters are made of Kanthal wire element supported in Fluted Refractory, which is sheathed in rust resisting steel. End-tab holes are provided for mounting.
Uses :-Provides black heat in ovens, Industrial and commercial heating chambers converters & panel boards.

Mica Band Heatersare sheathed with plated C.R.C.A. / Brass or Stainless Steel sheets. Heaters are provided with 1.5mm asbestos insulation and stainless steel cover. The heating Element (Windings) is of high quality Nickel-Chromium resistance wires. Heaters are available in One-piece and Two- peice designs.

Applications:

* Extruders* Blow Molding Machines* Injection Molding Machines* Blow Film Dies and Various Cylindrical applications.

Cartridge heatersare cylindrical electrical heating elements. Protected with a stainless steel sheath, their watt density can reach 50 W/cm2 and their surface temperature can go up to 800cC (1472F). Mostly used for heating up solids such as injection presses heating plates of various tools, they can also be used for heating up water of gases under certain conditions. Widely used for manufacturing plastic and rubber parts in the car industry or in the food processing industry, etc They are also commonly found in the chemical, electronics, medical equipments, packing. Various cartridge heater technologies are available.

High-density cartridge heaters (HDC)for watt densities from 6.5to50W/cm2.

Low-density cartridge heaters (LDC)for Watt densities from 1to6.5/cm2.
Watt density ( W/cm)2 can be a decision factor, but dimensions heater and conditions of use (temperature, vibrations, environment) are also important factors when making the choice between the technologies.

Ceramic Band Heaters :-These heaters are medium-to-high temperature heaters that have 1200F as a maximum working temperature. These durable heaters have in-built ceramic fibre jackets that make them energy efficient. Ceramic band heaters are available with different terminal styles, are fully flexible, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs.
