We manufacture LPG Cylinder filling stations for filling LPG gas in cylinders of various capacities . This is a custom built ready to install plant . Their are various models available with storage tank capacity ranging from 500 Liters to 500000 Liters and with the choice of single or many cylinder filling scales . Design Code: ASME, AD MERKBALTTER, PD 5500, CODAP 2000 AND OTHERS Implementation: The requirements of this code have been widely implemented into national and internationalRegulations and company standards specifically for hydrogen vessels tubes and cylinders have been broadcast. During the implementation process the recommendations have required a significant commitment of human, manufacturing and financial resources. In addition, during the implementation-phase there was disruption of the supply of hydrogen to the consumer which significantly increased unit costs. The recommendations of the working group are based on a combination of operating experience and on- going experimental work.

We provides Chlorine Gas tank Installation, also provide the projects related Tank Installation at different plant which desire by Customer. Cylinders and ton containers have fusible metal plugs that will melt when the temperature gets between 158 and 165 degrees F to relieve pressure. These pressure relief valves keep the containers from rupturing during a fire. Chlorine may be stored indoors or outdoors, though shading from sunlight is recommended for outdoor storage. The chlorine storage area should have a well-maintained chlorine gas detector installed, complete with alarm and call-out capability if a leak occurs when the plant is unmanned. Separate the chlorine storage area from incompatible materials, especially ammonia, sulfur dioxide, and hydrocarbons like fuels and oils.
