Poly cot are excellent binding agents for detergent cakes, these polymers gives an excellent thin lamination on detergent cake, its anti-cracking property, foam stabilizes for a long time in wet conditions, it stops sogginess, it gives mild glitterness effect on cake and hence benefits the cake by increasing its shelf-life. Both are core building blocks for detergent formulation and works together with mild cleaning and bonding actives. They help breaking down of soils and avoid their Re-deposition on fabrics at the same time they bond the detergent cake in such a way that it remains hard in dry condition but at the same time re-wets in water condition, hence they are used as wetting agent and also rewetting agents.
