ConstructionDouble walled construction ensures energy consumption through polyurethane insulation. Outer chamber is made of powder coated MS or can be made optionally with 304 or 316 grades stainless steel; inner chamber is made of 316 stainless steel for maximizing performance age.

DoorsDepending upon capacity, our ULT freezers are designed with single or double doors. These Doors are solid in construction and fitted with triple silicon gasket ensuring temperature stability. For protection of samples these exterior door latch is used. As an optional feature, inner doors with glass construction can be used, which minimize cold air loss during door opening.

Refrigeration systemEach unit is equipped with CFC free refrigerants.

Ice Lined Refrigerators are designed for highly safe vaccine and blood bags storage with temperature range from +2°C to +8°C. Our Ice Lined Refrigerators meet UNICEF / PQS / WHO blood safety guidelines and can be designed up to 300 Liters or more capacities. Temperature Range:

+2°C to +8°C which is controlled by microprocessor based digital temperature controller.

Ice Pack Compartment:

Equipped with built-in ice ice packs to keep the chamber temperature within 2°C to 8°C range in an ambient temperature of no warmer than 43 for up to 24 hours during loss of power.

Capacity:

Construction:

Rugged designed and are of double or triple walled construction; the external chamber of these ice lined refrigerator systems are made of Galvanized or CRCA sheet finished with bacteria resistant coating. Inner chamber is made of 304 grades stainless steel whereas the middle chamber in made of Galvanized Steel. The gap between two chambers is filled with thick PUF insulation. This effective insulation and the ice-lining ensure an exceptionally long hold-over time in case of power failure.

Doors:

Doors play an important role while keeping blood and vaccines safe. The doors are solid and insulated. To keep unauthorized access away, these doors are also equipped with password protected locking systems. Reliable rubber gasket ensures tight closure and efficient storage.

Casters:

With a choice of customer these equipment can be supplied with sturdy caster wheels that are lockable and help the equipment easy to move.
