This steel glove box is fitted with all important accessories including airlock chamber, gauges and vacuum flanges; allowing operator to run the system under vacuum to remove moisture and oxygen without inert gas purging. It combines all features scientists and researchers need to process air sensitive materials and solutions.

We can fit a microscope to a glove box in order to provide our users a facility to load air or moisture sensitive samples on the microscope without outside exposure. Our glove box units allow precise control of environmental conditions for high resolution imaging.

Options

If a client approaches us for a glove box to be used for microscopic observations, we provide him customized unit with two options: a. we fit their microscope into the glove box or b. provide a view port, in which client can get the microscope fixed by any technician.

Filtration glove box is often known as powder containment isolator especially used for handling, weighing and packaging pharmaceutical powders. This glove box operates under HEPA or ULPA filtered negative pressure atmosphere. This filtration glove box is either made with acrylic plastic or stainless steel as required.

Static Pass Box:

Bionics Scientific presents its static pass box equipment, fabricated with powder coated 304 / 316 grades stainless steel and high quality components and are capable of eradicating pollutants completely from the air. These static pass boxes are installed in manufacturing areas and filter the incoming air in order to keep the air free from dust and other contaminants. With UV light along with hour meter, Fluorescent light, buzzer indicator to know the material is kept inside and indicating lamp, these static pass boxes provide excellent working performance in the clean room unit.

Dynamic Pass Box:

Dynamic Pass Box equipment are made of powder coated high grades stainless steel (304 / 316 / 316 L) with international quality standard components including mechanically or electrically interlocked doors and UV light. These dynamic pass box equipment are equipped with suction filter made of stainless steel with 95% down to 5 efficiency (EU-4rating) and supply filter made of aluminum with 99.999% down to 0.001 (EU-14 Rating.) An interlock guard system controls the inlet and the outlet of PASS BOX not be opened at the same time, in order to prevent the cross contamination.

Made from acrylic plastic, these transparent glove boxes are basic systems designed for general inert atmosphere applications in laboratories. These units can be further customized to meet specific requirements of your research. These acrylic glove box systems are highly easy to use, benchtop in design, lightweight in nature and compact. Being basic models, these are available at very economical price.

We offer two standard models of transparent or clear view glove box systems. Both models are almost similar in design with a difference of pressure controller. These systems are purely transparent allowing users to see clear from any angle. These transparent glove box systems are light weight and can be lift and moved by 2 people easily. Each unit can be configured for 1 person (2 gloves) or 2 persons (4 gloves) usages.

Water treatment plants using RO, DM or EDI systems often face resistivity of the outlet water, which occurs due to increased level of carbon dioxide in the water. Carbon Dioxide present in water may cause frequent regeneration in Ion Exchangers (DM and Water Softener); in addition, Reverse Osmosis and Electrodeionization Systems (EDI) produce higher quality water if the CO2 has been removed effectively. Therefore, in order to remove or decrease level of Dissolved Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Degasifier or Degasser system is used. Degasser is an integral part of any demineralization plant, where it is generally placed between cation and anion exchanges and removes Carbon Dioxide, which is generated by dissociation of carbonic acid at cation outlet water. In this Degassing processes, Degasser Tower is utilized, which is made from either FRP or Mild Steel with rubber lined or epoxy coating. Low air pressure is generated at the bottom of the tower that drives out CO2 and the degassed water is collected in a sump beneath the tower.
