Laminar Airflow Equipment provides filtered, clean and dust-free flow of air in a uniform streamline without turbulence. They discharge HEPA filtered air across the work surface and towards the user / worktable. These devices provide product protection only and should never be used when handling cell culture materials or drug formulations, or when manipulating potential infectious materials.
When the LAMINAR AIRFLOW EQUIPMENT switched on, the blower unit creates a suction pressure through the primary filter (or Pre-filters), which removes dust particles of above 10micron size in the first stage. Subsequently, the partly filtered air passed to the HEPA filters, where the particles or substances of 0.3micron size and above are removed. Finally the ultra clean filtered air supplied to the working chamber as a uniform airflow to perform precision research activities
Such a uniform dust-free airflow requires for various research activities, in pharmaceutical manufacturing, micro electronic assembly, bio technology, tissue culture, food processing and for various medical applications such as post-operative care, blood bank etc.
All the above components are assembled in a fabricated cabinet suitably along with other accessories such as a ultra-violet tube to sterilize the working area before & after usage, illuminating tube to provide lighting, acrylic door to protect the working area from external contamination

Apart from performing the functions of the regular laminar airflow equipment, it also protects the operator from the toxic / pathogenic contamination created during the research activities and also protects the atmosphere from such contaminations. For example, if an operator performs research on HIV virus or any other very hazardous / toxic materials, the operator needs to protect from the possible contamination /infection due to the virus he handles in his laboratory. A bio-safe hood does the job of protecting the not only the operators but also the environment by removing those viruses from the air-stream by means of High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters.

Bio-cleanair" Sterile Garments Storage Cubicles having HEPA-filtered vertical airflow, which is discharged to the storage area, creates an ultra-clean work environment at inside to minimize the cross contamination. The garments storage cabinets is consist of UV Lamp for Sterilization, IR Lamp to maintain the temperature, Swing type glass doors. One side inner storage height will be divided into two / three numbers of PU coated MS-CRCA perforated horizontal partition / IS 304 Grade Stainless Steel with matt finish will be provided in the storage cabinet for storing folded garments and other side full height space will be provided for hanging full length used garments through GI / SS hanger. The shoe rack will be provided at the bottom of the cubicle up to 300 mm height.

Wet Chemical Work Laminar Bench is having class 1000 clean environment inside the workbench, which will be achieved through two-stage filtration of indoor air, via- a set of primary filter bank of 10 micron rating and a set of final HEPA filter bank of 0. 3 micron rating. The airtight construction of the cabinet ensures no cross contamination or reverse flow of air takes place. The cabinet and structures are made from electro-galvanized iron with polyurethane paint coated finish and inner work area will be covered with 10 mm thick polypropylene materials. This product is applicable for lithography (wet etching using of solvents/acids) and nanotechnology and trace metal lab application etc.

The proposed MODULAR TYPE Clean Room / Air Tent will be of VERTICALAIRFLOW with air re-circulation and fresh air taken from the local room area through10 15 micron pre filters and the return air is re-circulated to the HEPA/ULPA pressure plenum through the return-air-raisers located on the sidewalls of theContainment Laboratory. In-order to adjust the fresh air intake a minimum of 10% air exhausted out. The return air collected at below the average working height from floor level.
