HDcal offers natural plant source calcium 500mg, vit d3 1000IU & 12 natural mineral as boron, copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vanadium, strontium, silicon & zinc. Pregnant, Lactating & postmenopausal women needs at least 1500 to 2000 IU of vit D to maintain a required blood level 30ng/ml of vit D3.
