Aluminum liner is better in moisture and oxygen protection than polyethelene liners which makes it the ideal choice for oxygen and moixture sensitive products.The liner is made by laminating aluminum foil with layers of plastic. It can be made to various sizes to fit your application.

Cross corner bags have loops stitched on the body of the main fabric, sometimes with added with vertical fabric reinforcement. The Double Loop bags are very cost effective and suitable bags for bulk handling solutions. These are ideal for storing larger volume and high capacity contents like, fertilizers, fish-feed, cement, seeds, chemicals, minerals, food grains, etc. These bags are made using same material, Polypropylene and available in both inner liner and outer liner options. Diaper base bulk bags are easy flow range of bulk bags with either full base discharges or conical case discharges. These bags are designed to overcome the problems experienced when emptying sticky or fine powder materials that can be difficult to discharge with conventional FIBC base types.

UN bags are special type of FIBCs that are used for transportation of dangerous materials. The UN bags are designed and tested in accordance with the recommendations laid down in the United Nations Recommendation on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (Orange Book).

Form Stabilised Bags are FIBCs with inner construction of baffles sewn to the main fabrics so that the bags retain shape after filling. These bags ensure saving in space, higher stability after filling and retention of the rectangular shape. A Conical bag is shaped as a cone at the bottom. These bags are especially suitable to pack tacky products which are not so free flowing. Such as clay, slurries etc. The Conical design provides a gradient for the tacky materials to flow towards the outlet spout. Ventilated bags are FIBCs with breathable strips that allow for circulation of air. These bags are useful for products that require breathing flow when packed, such as fruits and vegetables. This design is available with all sewing pattern, inlet/outlet design and various closure options.

Customization options

Tunnel loop bags have two parallel loops running the top length of the bag and facilitate easy manipulation of the FIBCs with a fork-lift. This design is available with all sewing pattern, inlet/outlet design and various closure options.

The liners for FIBC are produced from virgin PE polymers. As a standard production procedure the liners are made using food approved polymers. The latest liner extrusion technology equipments are used to ensure minimum variation in the wall thickness across the surface area of the bag and a high degree of clarity.

The FIBC liner manufacturing at Big Bags offers flexibility and dynamism in length, width, thickness and designs to enable a wide range of options and possibilities. Liners can be sewn or glued with the outer bag. Colored liners, co-extruded liners and antistatic liners can be produced on request.

Big Bags produces 3 layer co-extruded liners with a circumference ranging between 240cm to 450cm and thickness ranging between 40microns to 150microns.
