One of the sector we serve is Food Processing Industry and we supply Aluminium chutes which are used in sorting machines for various pulses .We cater chute profiles with various groove sizes, shapes &lengths. If the requirement is with Hard anodizing we accept such requirements to act as one stop solution for total requirements. 

We manufacture & supply a wide range of Extruded Aluminium Heat Sinks suitable for diverse requirements of industries. Our work facility is equipped with new generation CNC machines to carry out various operations like cutting, drilling, tapping, TIG welding, groove cutting etc. of the efficient production of Heat Sinks. Even we supply heat sinks with anodizing as per customer specifications.

Our manufactured heat sinks are used in -- Power modules, UPS [Domestic & -Industrial], Inverters [On line & off line UPS], For Welding Machines, Computers, Medical Electronics Equipment, Electronic Relays, Resistor Load Banks , Aluminium housed resistors, Aluminium housed metal clad resistors & Breaking resistors.

We supply Aluminium channels in various lengths with required drilling as per customer design and specifications. We ensure close tolerances on the cut lengths and drill tolerances and assure perfection of fitting when its been used in assembly.

We supply aluminium profiles in finished parts required to for Roof carriers, Roof Rails & Foot rest side panels of cars. We take responsibility of Extrusion Development, Value addition, Bending and coating and finally able to supply in finished form ready to use in assembly.

We are equipped with facilities which are CNC machines for cutting of profiles with tight tolerances. Not only straight cuts but are able to supply in angular cutting with any degree from 0 to 90 Even in some cases we serve the projects with combination of straight and angular cutting in single profile itself. We accept the truth that its difficult to bend non ferrous metals especially Aluminium even its critical when its customised shapes and not just general shapes as round tube, flat bar, round bar and are take pleasure to claim that we are one of the company succeeded in bending of customised Aluminium profiles. We are though with Bending of Aluminium profiles and have high interest to capture these requirements which are critical.
