Dome, conical and circular shaped felt bobs are used with the pneumatic grinder for polishing of punch tips and die bores. Micro polishing powder and grease is used along with felt bobs

"Pressed Wool Felt" is a textile structure composed entirely of fibers physically interlocked and consolidated by the utilizations of mechanical work, chemical action and moisture without the use of weaving, knitting, stitching, thermal bonding or adhesives. Pressed Wool felt commonly know in commercials parlance as "Engineering Felt" is available in sheet and roll form known as SAE Felt. Technical Felt is available in sheet form. Both are available in various qualities, thickness and density. Size- Width 2 Mtrs x Length Approx 8-9 Mtrs Thickness : From 2MM Onwards, Density : from 0.18 GMC³ to O 0.70 GMC³ Color - White, Grey and colored.

Hard Felt Sheets / Plates available in following Density- 0.34 gm/c³ Soft 0.44 gm/c³ Medium 0.56 gm/c³ Hard 0.68 gm/c³ Extra Hard Color : White / Grey Thickness : 3mm (1/8”) to 50 mm (2”) Higher thickness also possible. Size : 1 meter x 1 meter (Other sizes also possible)
