The company has set up an Aluminum gravity die casting foundry in August 2005. The company manufactures castings of various sizes ranging from 200 gram to 12.50 kg. The castings are required to be leak proof as a functional requirement. We have handled various aluminium- silicon-copper alloys like LM6, LM4, LM9 and LM25.We use Electric melting furnace for melting and holding aluminium metal. The pouring is by Bailout type operation. Die operation is Hydraulic as well as Manual die stands.

Die Design and Manufacturing:The company has expertise in 3D modeling and 3 Axis machining of Dies for gravity die casting operation. The Dies are designed in-house and manufactured with associates of the company. Mr. Satyajit Chitale, Director for the company is himself trained in 3D modeling and die machining with his experience in TATA Motors Ltd, Production Engineering Division.

Quality Standards:

The company has access to approved laboratories where material testing is done. Testing of incoming materials is a regular practice for each lot. Facility of Pressure Decay Leak Tester as well as Puncture testing is available and regularly used for castings.

The quality systems in the company are ISO9000 compliant and the company is certified with ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification by ABS QE, Houston, USA.

Centrifugal Lube Oil Cleaner operates on the Hero Turbine principle. Oil ensters the centrifuge under pressure and passes into the rotot through hollow roto shaft The oil pressure and flow is coverted in rotational energy as the oil escapes through the jets, producing speed to 6000 RPM and above, The resultant centrifugal force removes dirt from the engine oil depositing it on the inner wall of rotor in a dense cake rorm, Clean oil drains back directly to the engine oil sump by gravity, Oil analysis results have shown the centrifuge has maintained levels of sot, insolubes, viscosity and wear metals within the manufacturers specifications over the previous drain intervals and beyond, which in some instances had doubled the oil drain interval on the emissin complaint engines

We have been manufacturing and supplyingOffline Industrial Oil Filtration Systemviz. "Super Kleen". This system is widely used in various industries for purifying different types of oils. This system is capable of removing solid (fine) contamination from different industrial oil.Featuers :

• Removes impurities from oil 25 microns and below.
• Centrifuge spins at 2500 to 3800 RPM converting oil pressure into rotational energy, which separates all impurities in oil and deliver cleaner oil.
• The contaminated / dirty oil is circulated through centrifuge for removal of contaminants and cleaned oil returns to the tank after necessary number of passes through centrifuge.
