Our oxygen generating machines perform as per the below given manufacturing process: Air Compression:  We use latest and fully Automatic Air Compressor of Atlas Copco for air compression. The features of the compressor include: Air cooled design Low maintenance Rotary screw design Noise less than 75 DB No civil foundation Air Purification:  In the process, the air lets passes through a number of stages to remove the impurities available for instance dust, hydrocarbons and Carbon Dioxide. We use latest molecular sieve from Zeochem of Switzerland to remove CO2. Air Separation:  The air separation process employs A Grade cold box in order to generate premium quality oxygen and nitrogen useful for medical and industrial usage. Oxygen Compression & Cylinder Filling:  In the process, Liquid Oxygen pumping system uses to fill in cylinders with highly purified oxygen with pressure of 150 to 200 Bar as per the need of the clients.

Air separation column (cold box) A grade air separation column is employed to generate highly pure oxygen and nitrogen to fill in cylinders directly at pressure of 150 to 200 Bar.
